The starting of work can be exciting on the hand, and can also be {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(worry) on the other. No matter what your future job is, you will have to work with others. Leaning to get on well with others must come first,{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (include) all staff in the company and our {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (custom).

    And secondly, right after my introduction, spend some time reading the introduction of our company and get to know the people in your office and find out {#blank#}5{#/blank#} the company is like. This afternoon you can walk around our workshops and know {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (much) about the products. No one is allowed {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (leave) the company before 5:30 pm. By the way, lunchtime {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (come) at 11:50 and it's free {#blank#}9{#/blank#} charge.

    Remember: Learning is so important {#blank#}10{#/blank#} it can change your future life.

    A lot of people in our country take a nap after lunch, so do my classmates.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} (recent) I have conducted a survey on{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (take) a nap after lunch among my classmates. Most of them are in the habit of sleeping for{#blank#}3{#/blank#}while at noon as they believe it does good to them. The majority prefer{#blank#}4{#/blank#}do so around 12:30 and the nap usually lasts for about 30 minutes. They often {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (choice) to sleep at home instead of in their classroom {#blank#}6{#/blank#}dormitory.

    Hopefully, the result of my survey can draw the attention of our parents and school. Since most students are in need of a nap, proper{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (arrange) should be made so that students can have a good rest after a whole {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (morning) hard work. Students should not be{#blank#}9{#/blank#} (ask) to do extra work during this period of time. After all , having a nap after lunch, one can feel {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(refresh) and energetic enough to study more efficiently in the afternoon.

    Today I will share a true story about an overseas student {#blank#}1{#/blank#}studied in Germany.

    After years of hard work, this student graduated with{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(amaze) achievements. Everyone was sure that he was going to get a good job {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(easy) and have a bright future. But to his surprise, he was not even given the chance for {#blank#}4{#/blank#}interview! It was the third time that he{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(refuse), he couldn't help{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (telephone) the company to ask why they didn't want him. The answer was simple. "We don't offer jobs to dishonest people in Germany."

    You might wonder what was wrong. The truth is, shortly after he{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(arrive) in Germany, this clever student found that{#blank#}8{#/blank#}was easy to skip(逃票) buying subway tickets in this country. So in order to save money, he often went in the subway without a ticket. As a result, he had been caught without a ticket many times.

    From this story, we learn that we may get short-term benefits（好处）in dishonest ways, {#blank#}9{#/blank#}the truth will come out sooner or later and the cost is high. So remember that{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(honest) may lead to failure. We must be honest. It is a rule.
