Dear Sir，

Thank you for your offer of invite me to the summer English course in your school. As for your choice between the two courses, I prefer the four-week course for 60 hours of study. Because of this would allow me more times to do some travelling and make a few new friends either. Of all the subjects I'm learning at school, I like English best. I had been learning English for 6 years but my spoken English remains poorly. So I hope to take this chance to improve it. If is possible, I'd like to stay with a family for a couple of days in order I can know some customs in England. I believe I will have wonderful time this summer.

    Last summer holiday my uncle came to visit us. At the first day of his visit, we went out with one of my father's friend for lunch at an outdoor café. We walked along that afternoon, chat freely and had good time together. The next day my uncle pulled out his childhood pictures and told quite a few specially stories about his childhood.     An old man had been waiting for the bus stop. After a few minutes, the bus arrived and did not stop. The man who thought it would stop a bit farther, so he started running after the bus. Fortunately, the bus never stop.

    Last week, we had the honor of invite Sussie, a female literature teacher from Jenks High School, to give us a literature lesson. All of us were deeply impressing by this unforgettable English lesson. Sussie started the class in an amusing story， that attracted our attention at once. She spoke slowly and clearly so that we could follow him well. Great inspired, we took an active part in the classroom activities. After class, many students being interviewed spoke highly of her.     A skinny Wolf was dying because of hunger when he was happened to meet a fat house-dog who was passing by. "Ah, Cousin," said the Dog. "I know how it is; your irregular life will sooner and later kill you. Why don't you work steady as I do, and get your food regularly giving to you?"

    "I would be glad," said the Wolf, "if I could only get a place."

    "I will easily arrange that for you," said the Dog; "come with me to my master and you are welcome to share my works."

    So the Wolf and the Dog went towards the town together. On the way the Wolf noticed that the hair on certain part of the Dog's neck was very much worn away, so he asked him why that had come about.

    "Oh, it is nothing," said the Dog. "That is the place which the chain is put on at night to keep myself tied to a tree; it hurts a bit, but one soon got used to it."
