    Last month, my good friend Mark got an expensive watch as his birthday present. He showed to everyone in my class proud. I really envied him and every day I ask my mum to buy me an expensive present. However, to my disappointment, I only got a second-hand bike at that special day. So one day while I was riding my “dear” bike back home from school, I passed the shop that my mum worked.     March 5th is a day in honor of Lei Feng, who people are called on to help others. On the morning of that day this year, our class met the school gate and went to a Hope Primary School by the bus. Upon arriving there, they gave us a warmly welcome. We gave the students some books, food or clothes. And then, we played several game with them and told them stories. Before we leave, we took a photo with them. See their smiling faces, we both felt a sense of happiness. We arrived home and promised to go back whenever possible. How an unforgettable experience it was!

    We have been travelling for more than a week already but arrived in Saudi Arabia today. Most people here wear traditional type of long and loose clothing that cover the whole body. Saudi Arabia is in the desert, and in summer, the weather is extreme hot. One of the tour guide told us that it gets as hotter as 50℃ every summer. Wear this kind of clothing may be very comfortable in that weather, but this is winter and quite cool now. During the day in winter, it was about 22℃ and about 13℃ in the evening. I think I will find the weather a bit of cold when we return to China.
