Reporter: Today, we invite May to share her experience of learning Spanish. May, when did you begin to learn Spanish? Why?

May: I started learning Spanish when I was six with the help of my mum. I chose to learn Spanish because I wished to become a doctor in Spain in the future. Learning Spanish allows me to help patients better.

Reporter: Is there anything surprising when you learn Spanish?

May: Yes, of course. At first, I didn't expect Spanish would be easy for me. But then I found there were some similarities (相似处)between English and Spanish. Some words in both languages have the same meaning and pronunciation. Putting those two languages together makes it much easier for me to learn Spanish.

Reporter: What's the best way of learning a language? Can you share it?

: May: The best way is speaking. You don't have to spend hours practising. But speaking some words in Spanish in my life helps me remember things easier and keep the language in mind.

Reporter: Do you have any other advice for those who start to learn a new language?

May: Taking detailed notes is also a great way. I write Spanish with a black pen and English with a red pen. That helps me understand it faster and better.

Every week, I get emails about how to learn English very fast. Someone1 to ask how they can speak excellent English in a short time. And someone writes to ask how to improve their English listening2 .Is it possible to learn English very fast? The answer is yes.3 of course, to make great progress, you need to work very hard.4 first and most important thing you need to have is passion (热情).Why? Because you must study English for 8-14 hours a day and you must be more5 . To improve your English quickly，you must build passion(热情). Remember, passion is 80% of success. The second key to super-fast learning is English input（输入）.You6 spend lots of time listening and reading. It's a good idea7 your radio everywhere. Don't forget to have a book with8 . You should listen to the Mini-Story Lessons and read easy English stories—starting9 books for children. These are my ways of learning English. In fact，most people do not need to improve so fast. Two hours a day of listening and reading10 OK. Good luck!

There are so many ways to exercise, both alone and with friends. Team sports are one of the best ways, and there are so many of them to try! You can join a usual sport like football, and You can also take part in an unusual sport like walking basketball. 

When you join a team sport, you commit to practices and games. This means you will keep exercising because you have made a promise to the team to show up and play. And there will also be some rules you must follow. If you don't follow them, you will be out of the team. 

Team sports develop healthy competition. You can't always win, but you can certainly try your best to win! When you don't quite make it, make sure you show good sportsmanship to other players or teams when you win. And don't be sad if you lose. Just practice and try again, and there are always more chances. 

Team sports are also a lot more fun than doing something alone. You can make a lot of friends. When you join a sport team, it's certain that you will know more people. You can also learn a lot about games and other people. 

However, if you just want to exercise quietly, running and swimming are good choices. 

 It's quite natural for us to make mistakes. However, if you make the same mistake for three times or even more, you' re too silly to be forgiven. How do you avoid(避免) making the same mistake again in daily study? I think keeping an error(错误) correction book after class is a good way. Mistakes must be corrected in the students' learning. Correcting is more valuable over the long term, especially for middle school students. An error correction book can help you in these ways.

 Pay attention to your mistakes in time. When correcting mistakes, students will think seriously and improve from correcting mistakes. Always looking ever your own error correction book can make up for your knowledge gaps.

Develop good studying habits. The reasons why students make mistakes are as follows: They don't fully understand what they have learned; They don't remember what they should remember; They are too careless.

 To find out the reasons for the mistakes, students will avoid the above points. And then they won't repeat them. Gradually, they will develop the good habits of listening carefully, remembering things and overcoming problems.

 Provide the helpful basis for the final review. The error correction book can become one of the most useful tools. It can help students to avoid making similar mistakes in the exam. The error correction book is valuable for every student.
