Nearly five years before ,and with the help by our father, my sister and I planted some cherry tomatoes（圣女果）in our back garden, since then—for all these year—we had been allowing tomatoes to self seed where they please. As result, the plants are growing somewhere. The fruits are small in size, but juicy and taste. There are so much that we often share them with our neighbors. Although we allow tomato plants to grow in the same place year after year, but we have never had any disease or insect attack problem. We are growing wonderfully tomatoes at on cost!

    Today, more and more high school student publish their own blogs on the Internet. For one thing, it can provide colorful platform to show their talents, and for another, it is also a way to release their pressure. And this make it popular to high school students. But many parents and teachers hold a same view, and they think that managing a blog will take a lot of time and energy, while this should be used study which is their main duty. Personally, I do approve of this activity. Open and organizing an eye-catching blog needs various abilities such like writing, designing and so on. Only if that we have those abilities can we make a good blog. And also, we can improve themselves during the procedure of organizing our blogs.

    To show our love for poor kids lived in earthquake-hit areas, our school hold a special activity recently in our school lecture hall. Its purpose was to making sure those poor kids have a warm winter. All the teachers and students in our school took an actively part in this activity. We gave away 400 pieces of clothes and 200 pairs of shoe altogether. After be sorted, they will be sent to those in the need. I believe what they did will make a great difference to those poor kids. Although we all learn to care for others, the world will be more comfortable to live.

    Last Sunday, sixty students from our school pay a visit to China Science and Technology Museum.

    The museum, which main task is to spread the knowledge of science and technology, covers area of 48,000 square meters. The moment when we entered the museum, the exhibition caught their attention. In the museum, we saw the latest progresses in science and technology. Moreover, we did an amazed scientific experiment by ourselves. What appealed for us most was the 3D film that made us feel we were in real events.

    Though the visiting time was slight short, we gained a lot. It is so an instructive activity that we hope more will be organized in the future.

    I liked cycling very much. At age of twelve, my father bought me a bike as a birthday gifts and taught me how to ride. Every time my father took him out for practice, my little brother would come along. One day, we were practicing while suddenly my brother screamed to help. When we rushed to him, we saw a snake wind around a frog tightly. I beg my father to save the frog. Immediate he picked it up a long stick, trying to drive the snake away. About two minutes later, the frog was set loose, what made us so happy.
