    Failure comes to us sometimes. Last term, I met a painful failure, and it helped us find a new self. Before the final exam, I have promised my parents that I would get the best marks in all my subject. However, I did not listen to my teachers careful in class and paid little attention at my homework. As result, I failed two of my most favorite subjects, math and physics, which surprised everyone. Look back, I realized that it was my overconfidence which led to my failure. Only if we are modest but work hard will we have the chance to achieve our goals.

    The class was coming to end. The teacher told the pupils not to draw anything on the wall in order to keep it cleanly. After class, Philip forgot that the teacher had said.     As summer vacation are coming soon, my classmates are trying very hardly to get train tickets to go home. But I have made up my minds to spend the vacation far from home for first time in my life. My parents have agreed to visiting me, and I will have a different vacation. Dear Editor,

    Recently our school has set up a rule that no student allowed to take their mobiles into class, which has aroused a lot of discussions among we students.

    Many of the students feel strong against the rule, arguing that the mobile had become a necessary part of our life. They also consider that a must for us to get relaxing from our busy studies.

    When it comes to me, like some other student I hold a different opinion. While a mobile phone can help us get some relief, with it we can be more devoted to our studies, but spare more time to communicate with those around us. Therefore, I believe in this school rule is beneficial to every student.

    My dream school starts at 8: 30 a. m. and ends at 3:30 p. m. They are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. We didn't need to do so many homework. Therefore, we have more time with afterschool activities. For example, we can do reading for one and a half hour and play sports for one hour every day.

    My dream school look like a big garden. There are all kinds of the flowers and trees around the classroom buildings. We can lie on the grass for a rest, or sat by the lake listening music. The teachers here are kind and helpfully. They are not only our teachers but also our friends.
