There are different outdoor activities for different seasons. In spring we can fly kites .In summer, we can go swimming or sailing. In autumn, it is a good idea to camp or hike. In winter, we can go to ski or skate. They bring us a lot of fun .They make us strong and fit, too. So it is important for people of all ages to take part in some outdoor activities at the right time.

    There are many group activities ,like football and basketball .The members work together for the same goal（目标）. So group activities need team spirit(团队精神). It is very useful for a person to have team spirit. It is good for us in life and work.

    Old people like walking and jogging .These outdoor activities don't need much strength（气力）. Young people like exciting activities ,like diving（潜水）, skiing and horse riding. Children like fun activities like flying kites.

    Some outdoor activities are dangerous, like climbing rocks. So we must be careful when we take part in them.

    When you're a teenager, it seems that every time you say “I want to...”,someone answers“No, you can't.” Also, no part of your life is safe from the “prying(窥视的) eyes” of your parents. 15-year-old Debbie says, “My dad always wants to know where I am, and what time I'm going to be home.” Most parents do that. Do they have to know everything? They  ③  give us more freedom.Young people further complain that their parents do not respect(尊重) them. When something goes wrong,more parents just don't believe in their children. Without asking why, they think their kids are wrong. And not many parents allow their kids  ①  (choose) for themselves. Yes, it is true that your parents sometimes treat(对待) you like a little child. But remember that not too long ago you were really a child.Your parents still remember those childish mistakes that you used to  ②  (make). They want to protect you though you do not want them to do so.

    So, if you want to get more freedom, please try to understand your parents and do not lie to them. 尝试一种更友好的方式。If you want them to allow you to stay out late, don't just say, “All the other kids  ④  stay out late.” Tell them as much as you can about what you want to do and where you'll be and why it's important for you to stay out late. Then they  ⑤  just say “yes” .

    I have met many excellent teachers in my school life. I love them all because they have given me so much help in my study and in my life.But the one that I will never forget is my English teacher—Mrs. Wang.I was thankful for what she had done for me.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}she could always help me in time.She was the best teacher in my eyes because she gave me much help, and she even gave me something special.

    In my junior years I was considered as a silly girl, because I was always silent in class, but Mrs. Wang usually praised me.Her words were very important for me.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}With her encouragement, I began to believe in myself.
