I was doing my homework and my parents were watching the news when the phone rang．I had won a competition．The{#blank#}1{#/blank#}was a trip to Guadeloupe with a group!The next day,on my way home from school，I borrowed(借)a(n){#blank#}2{#/blank#}about Guadeloupe from the library and read it at night．

    My flight(航班)to Guadeloupe from Dublin was too{#blank#}3{#/blank#}to catch a bus．So my dad drove me to the airport．When my group arrived in pointe-a-Pitre，Guadeloupe's largest city,a taxi{#blank#}4{#/blank#}us to the hotel．It was raining and cloudy when we left Dublin but the sun was {#blank#}5{#/blank#}in Pointe-a-Pitre．

    The others in the group were Spanish and German．French is the language of Guadeloupe but{#blank#}6{#/blank#}of us could speak it．{#blank#}7{#/blank#}for the next few days，we had language classes before lunch．After lunch，we{#blank#}8{#/blank#}different places in the city and in the evening we played cards．

    Then we {#blank#}9{#/blank#}from our hotel in the city to a small island called Terre-de-Bas．For the next two weeks．I stayed{#blank#}10{#/blank#}the Dinart family；I got he use and I became another member of family．I got on well with them and I really enjoyed my trip.

    One sunny day, an angle(天使) ran out of heaven(天堂) and came down to this world. He walked {#blank#}1{#/blank#} the city and the village. Before his trip was over, he wanted to take something away to {#blank#}2{#/blank#} his trip here.

    He noticed a garden. He picked the most beautiful roses and said, "I see {#blank#}3{#/blank#} more beautiful than these."

    Looking on a little further, he saw a bright﹣eyed baby. The baby was looking at its mother. He said, "Oh, the expression on its face is even {#blank#}4{#/blank#} than the roses. I will take it."

    Then he saw the baby's mother. The mother was also looking at her baby. The {#blank#}5{#/blank#} to her own baby was pouring out of the mother's eyes just like the water of a river. The angel said to{#blank#}6{#/blank#}, "Oh, that mother's love is the best thing I have seen. I will take it, too!"

    He flew away with the three things. When he came back, he had a look at the three things{#blank#}7{#/blank#}more. He looked at the flowers and they had wilted(枯萎).He looked at the{#blank#}8{#/blank#} expression and it had disappeared. He looked at the mother's love and it was {#blank#}9{#/blank#} there. Then he {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the only thing that could keep its beauty all the way was a mother's love. I could last forever.

    Wang Ping is a cleaner. He has {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in a park for 5 years. He is also a good father. Nothing can make him {#blank#}2{#/blank#} than playing with his little daughter in his free time.

    Last Tuesday afternoon, while he was {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the park, suddenly, he heard a woman crying for help. He ran up {#blank#}4{#/blank#} to see what happened. The woman's 15-month-old baby girl choked (窒息) on a small piece of pear and her face {#blank#}5{#/blank#} purple. The baby was too young to save herself, and the mother was so nervous that she didn't know how to save her daughter properly.

    Luckily, Wang Ping knew what to do. He took the baby in his {#blank#}6{#/blank#} without thinking twice. With the mother's help, Wang Ping held the baby upside down and gave her a few pats (轻拍)on the back. After a short while, he succeeded in getting the piece of pear out of her mouth and the baby began to cry. Her mom was so thankful because her daughter was {#blank#}7{#/blank#}.

    Wang Ping tried his best and saved the {#blank#}8{#/blank#} life. In his mind, helping others is just helping {#blank#}9{#/blank#} He hoped more people could {#blank#}10{#/blank#} to help the people in need if possible.

    Cara is an English girl. She is twelve. She is a nice schoolgirl. Her {#blank#}1{#/blank#} are nice but they aren't expensive (昂贵的). Look! Today she is in a white T-shirt, a {#blank#}2{#/blank#} skirt and a pair of black trousers.

    I'm not much of a crier most of the time. But {#blank#}1{#/blank#} when I was reading a book on a plane, I started crying. Of course, it came as a big surprise when tears came up, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't {#blank#}2{#/blank#} myself.

    Oh no, not this now. I thought to myself. But even as the thought entered my brain. I felt the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} hot drop of salty water coming down my face. I put my head down, hoping that I could go on reading.

    In fact, the harder I tried, the more tears pushed their way out of my eyes. You could guess how surprised the man next to me looked.

    My head {#blank#}4{#/blank#} in shame. He must think I was crazy. Maybe I could turn towards him, hold up the cover of the book and say in my crying voice. "I'm sorry, sir. It's just a really good book!" But I didn't, say anything. Instead, I just put my head back against the {#blank#}5{#/blank#} and let the tears run. Do you know what decision I made while I was crying? My decision was that it was OK if he thought I was crazy. I preferred to be crazy instead of being the kind of person who wouldn't cry when the situation called for it, or who wouldn't let {#blank#}6{#/blank#} feel anything at all.

    I've been that girl who has spent so much time trying to make sure people didn't think f was crazy. But now I don't want to be that girl any more —that bored and {#blank#}7{#/blank#} girl. I'd rather {#blank#}8{#/blank#} this girl who is able to forgive (原谅), love and act, even if it means being disappointed or being hurt again and again.
