    I was often troubled by lack of confidences. So I applied for a job at an exhibition as reporter last term. The exhibition was held annual to display the latest products in the field of education. At that time，I was responsible for interview parents who bought the learning tools. While talking with him, I found it was not so hard as I think. One lady even praised me but asked her son to learn from me. I realized the experience was in great value and nothing was more excited than communicating with people.

    From this experience, I am fully aware that we should take real action if our personality that needs improving.

    Nowadays, more and more students are facing mental pressure in their life. Some were so worried about their studies that they can't fall sleep at night. Some are discouraged but tend to lose heart because of constant failure in exams. Others can't get along well with their parents or classmates, that makes them feel stressed and get angry easily.

    As matter of fact, there are many ways for us to deal with our mental problems. First, we can turn to our teacher for help, including our psychological teacher. Second, communicating is of vital importance. When they have a talk about the problems with others, we can be great relieved. Last but not least, we need to develop a positive attitude about our studies and life. With the mental problems being solved, we will study and live happily.

    I had an argument with my friend Ben yesterday because his favorite movie, which I thought was not interested. After the argument, he went off without say goodbye to me. I was so angry on him. In the afternoon I started to feel sad because he is my best friend. After school, I asked him if he wanted to go with me as usually. He gave me a strange look and turned away. But, this time, he does say good bye to me quietly. Later, while I was watching TV at home, the phone rang. This was Ben and he was sorry for that he did. He felt like childish. I said never mind.     Yesterday we took part in a tree planting activity organizing by our class. Early on the morning, we set out for Baotou Reservoir in Xiamen. When we arrived there, we began to work immediately. Firstly, we dug holes what were slightly larger than the root balls. Next, we gentle placed the trees into their new homes. After that, we refilled the holes using enough soil to support the tree roots. Finally, we water the trees. Three hour passed by before we knew them. Tired as we were, we felt excited, talking or laughing all the way home. What unforgettable experience.

    Last week I along with my classmates was asked to attend a lecture, the theme of whom was environmental protection. It was gave by a university professor. The professor first had us to come up with the problems the earth was facing with. Then he offered some suggestions on what we could do to save your planet in an effective way. Late after the lecture, I also searched the Internet about more information on this topic. Up to now, I learnt that the air pollution is universal and what we are likely to run out of some natural resources. To make things worst, climate change is becoming a great threat to human beings.
