Is your food and drink healthy? A lot of ice-cream, hamburgers and cola are unhealthy（不健康的）. Meat is healthy but too much meat is not good for children. Cola and candy are very sweet, and too much sugar is bad for you. Eat the right food and be healthy. Carrots, eggs and sweet potatoes are good for your eyes. Milk, cheese and fish are good for your teeth. A bit tired? Have lots of delicious chicken soup! It is important to remember: eat well, stay healthy, and don't get fat!

The following are some suggestions on healthy eating.

● Eat noodles or rice, not hamburgers.

● Have a good breakfast every morning.

● Drink juice, water, tea and milk, not cola.

● Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, not candy or ice-cream.

① We can find ants everywhere— in the forests and mountains, in the fields, in the countryside and cities, all over the earth. But how much do you know about them?

② Their colour is usually yellow, brown, red or black. These little animals live and work in groups. They always build "houses", find food and raise babies together. The colony (群) of ants can be small or large. The number can be from just a few to millions!

③ Usually, there are three castes (等级) in ant societies. They are queens, the males and the workers. Queen ants are usually the biggest ants in colonies.  ▲  It lays (产) all the eggs, so the queen becomes the most important ant in the colony. A queen ant can live for longer. The males have larger wings and larger bodies than the worker ants. They can help out with the colony housework, but mostly they do not. They can only live for a few weeks. The queens and the workers are the winners by numbers. The workers do all the "housework"— from building and cleaning the "house" to looking for food. Workers usually live for several months. Workers are also good at building homes. They can build their homes in different places. You may find their homes under rocks or in the trees. How amazing!

④ One ant by itself cannot bring any danger to many other larger animals. However, they can beat much bigger animals in large groups. By working together, these brave(勇敢的) ants can protect their colonies against other animals.

②When he was nine years old, he got his first computer. Did he play games on it? No! He had his first business with it! He made cards on his computer. Then, he sold them. He sold things online, such as his sister's old toys. Then, he got more new toys. He sold them, too. He was able to sell 40 toys every day! Cameron made $50, 000 that year. 

③How does Cameron learn to do this? His family helps. His father has a company(公司). Cameron's parents often talk to him about making money.

⑤"You do not have to make a lot of money to be happy, " Cameron says. A business can be big or small. No one is too old to have a business. And, no one is too young!

① What is your favorite drink? Do you like cola or other soft drinks? If so, be careful! Soft drinks are not healthy. Soft drinks have much sugar. Too much sugar is bad for your teeth and makes you fat.

② So what can you drink? Don't worry. Here are some healthy drinks. Let's have a look.

③ Water? That's right. It is the best and healthiest drink. Water has no sugar (糖). It won't give you bad teeth or make you fat. How much water should you drink every day? The US research group Mayo Clinic suggests at least eight glasses of water a day (240 ml water for every glass).

④ If you don't like fresh fruits or vegetables, 100% fruit juice might be a good choice. But just don't drink too much. Once you open a bottle of fresh juice, drink it in one sitting. Or it will go bad.

⑤ Milk helps you build a healthy body. Milk is rich in protein (蛋白质), vitamin D and calcium (钙). They are all good for children's bones and teeth.

⑥ So try to choose the healthy drinks. They can be not only good for your health but also delicious. Drink less or never drink those like soft drinks.
