People lie all the time, but depending on how skilled they are, it can be difficult to determine when someone is lying to you. Do you know how to recognize the signs that someone is lying to you? 4）Liars provide additional information without being asked for it

Understand yourself

    Tip 2: Wear sunglasses with UV(紫外线) protection.

    UV rays in the winter can harm our eyes.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}. Wear sunglasses when you're outside, or driving, to protect your eyes from UV rays. This is especially important as days lengthen into spring and the sun gets stronger.
