    Too many people want others to be their friends, but they don't give friendship back. That is why some friendships don't last very long. To have a friend, you must learn to be one. You must learn to treat your friend the way you want your friend to treat you. Learning to be a good friend means learning three rules: be honest, be generous(慷慨的), be understanding.

    Honesty is where a good friendship starts. Friends must be able to hones' one another.

    ①如果你不说实话，人们通常都会识破。If a friend finds out that you haven't been hones', you may lose your friend'.

    Generosoity means sharing and sharing makes a friendship grow. You don't have to give your lunch money or your clothes, of course. Instead you have to learn how to share things you enjoy, like your hobbies and your interests. Naturally  you will want to share your ideas and feelings. These can be very valuable to a friend. They tell your friend what is important to you ③________.

    Sooner or later everyone needs understanding and help with a problem. Something may go wrong at school. ④Talking about the problem can make it easier to solve. Turning to a friend can be a first step in solving the problem. So to be a friend, you must listen and understand. You must try to put yourself in your friend's place so you can understand the problem better.

    ②No two friendship are ever exactly alike. But all true friendships have three things in common. If you plan to keep your friends, you must practise honesty, generosity and understanding.

Albert Einstein(1879-1955)

Early Life

    Albert Einstein was born on I4th March,1879 in Germany. He was an extraordinary (非凡的)person since he was born. Einstein wasn't able to speak a word until three. He was curious(好奇的)and imaginative. He loved watching things carefully and asked a lot of questions about them

His questions were often hard to answer for teachers.

Schooling

    Einstein started school in 1885. Though he did well in maths and science, he failed in many subjects like history geography and languages. He was not the teachers' favourite. He didn't enjoy going to school. Einstein finished high school in Switzerland and entered a university in Zurich. He graduated（大学毕业）as a teacher of maths and physics in1900.

Scientific Work

    After graduation. Einstein worked at the Patent Office. He spent much time studying physics. By 1909, Einstein had become a top scientist. Though he became successful in the field of science, he still put great effort in scientific research. Finally, he won the Nobel Prize for physics in 1921.

Later life

    Einstein kept at his research until he died in 1955. Scientists studied his brain(脑)after his death to see if there was anything special about it. However there was no conclusion(结论).

    Today, many famous scientists still think Einstein is the smartest man in the world.

    Mr. Guo is a teacher from Xi'an.  He asked his students to hand in their homework through a QR code(二维码). "We spent an hour or two in class learning how to generate(使产生) the codes, and in the end everything gets easier. "Said Mr. Guo, "When students finish the homework, they keep it on WeChat. Then, each student makes his own QR code and gives it to me. So I can cheek their work anywhere using my computer or telephone. "

    The QR codes can be sent to Mr. Guo by email, QQ and WeChat. When Mr. Guo scans (扫描) his students' QR codes, their homework appears on his phone, lie finds that their homework becomes more creative, with many pictures, music and even videos.

    Mr. Guo's students like the new way and think it is interesting. "We are living in the information age. Many students like to work with computers, which makes learning more fun. "Said Tingling, a student of Mr. Guo's.

    "The paper is not easy to keep, hut the code is easy to keep and share." Mr. Guo said," It is worth trying to use new technology in education. Education itself is a kind of creation. I don't want my students to fall behind the times. "

    However, some parents are worried. They are afraid that their children will spend too much time on computers and less time communicating with teachers. But in fact, it's unnecessary. Students still need to look up information in books and write it down when they do their homework. They only use the codes when they hand in their work, which doesn't take them too much time.  Also for teachers, it allows them to cheek the students' work at any time.  And it's also an easy way to share homework with other students.

    Stephen Hawking was born in England in 1942. He is one of the most well-known scientists on space and time in the world. Hawking is researching how the universe began and how it ends. He is called the King of the Universe.

    When he studied math and science at Oxford University, he became seriously ill, which made him unable to speak or breathe without the help of machines. Till now, he can't move or feed himself and he is helped to dress, eat and wash by a nurse. However, he has a wheelchair with a special computer, with which he can communicate with others.

    In spite of all these difficulties, he refused to give up his hope of living and went on to study at Cambridge University after graduating from Oxford University. In 1965, he got a Doctor's Degree of philosophy(哲学). Because of his serious illness, it was difficult for him to draw diagrams or to write. So he started to think in pictures. With this new way of thinking, he is respected by people in the world. Then in 1988, he wrote his first important book, A Brief History of Time. It has been sold more than 5.5 million copies in 33 different languages. He was once invited to China to give lectures. His self-confidence and humorous conversations impressed us deeply.

    From Hawking's unusual experiences , we learn that nobody should lose hope, no matter how bad the situation is .As he once said," Life is not fair, you just have to do the best you can in your own situation."

    I've got a collection of terrible ' mistakes' in my wardrobe. I have never worn them! But I don't mind going shopping with my girlfriend, because she helps me choose. I think women are better at buying clothes than men. They've got better taste and they always know what's in fashion.
