Nowadays, we are in a modern society. Everybody should be p{#blank#}1{#/blank#} in public. But sometimes some people like to c{#blank#}2{#/blank#} in line when they buy tickets or get on the bus or subway. They take other's places as well as time when they are in line, so it is i{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. I can't s{#blank#}4{#/blank#} that. Sometimes, I even get mad when I see them cut in line.

    When this h{#blank#}5{#/blank#}, I often say, “Would you mind w{#blank#}6{#/blank#} in line? ” But sometimes some of them are angry w{#blank#}7{#/blank#} me and they say, “It's none of your business. ” So I f{#blank#}8{#/blank#} angrier. Then I only tell it to the people who sell the tickets. At last the people who are breaking the r{#blank#}9{#/blank#} of etiquette don't get their tickets. So I am happy and the people who cut in line are u{#blank#}10{#/blank#}.

    Danny has a hobby--playing games online. He is interested {#blank#}1{#/blank#} solving puzzles. He particularly enjoys chatting to other gamers.

Now Danny {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (sit) quietly in front of his computer. His mother thinks he is doing his homework, {#blank#}3{#/blank#} she is wrong. Danny is actually surfing the Internet, solving puzzles and “chatting” to other gamers around the world. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} funny it is! Danny thinks.

    Why are game online so interesting? “ {#blank#}5{#/blank#} I can pretend to be a different person. There also many different {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (kind) of games for me to play,” says Danny. “Other people love to play these games because they can play at any time.     Starting a game online is not easy. Some gamers {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (not) welcome new gamers. They will become angry when new gamers ask them questions, Other gamers are helpful. They want to make new friends. When Danny has {#blank#}9{#/blank#} question, he always says, “Excuse me, are you busy? I am new at this game and I need some help.” Sometimes this {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (work). At other times, however, the gamer at the other end makes you feel like fool.

    Mrs．Marks bought a printer yesterday．She was h{#blank#}1{#/blank#} because she could print anything she wanted at any time．H{#blank#}2{#/blank#},after about an hour, she was angry because she couldn't print the color blue．All the other c{#blank#}3{#/blank#} printed free, except(除了)blue，which was very unusual．

    She d{#blank#}4{#/blank#} to call the after-sales service department(售后服务部)to help her solve the problem．David answered the phone．He t{#blank#}5{#/blank#} everything he could think of to help Mrs．Marks．He asked her to reinstall(重新安装) the program，to reboot (重新启动)the computer and to turn the printer on and off．N{#blank#}6{#/blank#} of these things helped．

After hours of trying，the problem s{#blank#}7{#/blank#}wasn't solved．Finally, David asked Mrs．Marks if he could go to her h{#blank#}8{#/blank#}and try to solve the problem in  person．Mrs．Marks agreed and t{#blank#}9{#/blank#} him her address(住址)．When he arrived at her house，she showed him her computer and the printer. David u{#blank#}10{#/blank#}what the problem was right away．He told her,“From now on，print on white paper instead of blue!”
