Tony went{#blank#}1{#/blank#}  (fish) at sea. But he sat all day long without catching a single fish. On {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (he) way home, he stopped at a store and ordered four tuna (金枪鱼). He told the seller: “Pick four large{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (one) out and throw them at me, will you?”

“Why do you want me to throw them at you?” asked the seller.

“So that I am able to tell my wife that I{#blank#}4{#/blank#} (catch) them,” said Tony.

“OK, but I suggest that you take the salmon (三文鱼).”

“Why?” asked Tony.

“Because your wife came in{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(early) than you today and said that if you come by, I should tell you to take salmon. That's what she'd like for supper tonight,” said the seller.

    Xiao Ming felt very unhappy those days, because he {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (失败) in the final English exam. He made so many {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (错误) that he was {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (害怕) of meeting his English teacher and his parents.     It was fun for Penny at the very beginning，but then she got quite lazy and f{#blank#}7{#/blank#}. to do her homework． It became Susan's homework． She g{#blank#}8{#/blank#}it food and water every day and found that the mouse was in fact not dirty．She e{#blank#}9{#/blank#} talked to it! It was not boring or stupid! Now Susan is having a good time with “her” mouse．She named it Nini．And she is going to buy a{#blank#}10{#/blank#}one to make a pair．
