    Getting rid of the bad habit of procrastination (拖延症) is now my goal of life. My first step was to set small targets what can be reached realistically. For example, I plan to set a timetable for my study. So after school, I will put finishing homework in the last place. Additionally, I will make a list of my important task including their due dates but follow my schedule strictly. I will avoid find excuses for putting them off. At same time, I will ask for my friends and parents to help me. By achieving this small targets, I have confident that I will overcome procrastination.

    Two years before, I traveled to Brazil and I rented for a car. Unfortunate, I had an accident and hit another car, and I needed to stay in a hospital for at least two week. I called my parents, so I did not tell them what had happened. I knew that they will be worried about myself because I was so farther away, and that my mother would not sleep if she knew.     My mom is a volunteer in a public hospital. She serve dinner every day to the people waiting for their relatives outside hospital. One day, she asked me to help her of volunteering. At first, I didn't want to, and in the end I gave in to her. Certain, I went there unwillingly. The much food we gave, the more people would come. Looking at people's smiles, especially those from children, was amazed! That made me to feel glad for being there. I realized that happy is not only about receiving, but giving as well. Since then, I had kept volunteering every week.

    Last Saturday, I visit my elder sister, who has a four-year-old daughter, Lisa. I was about to tell me niece the story "Snow White" while my sister stopped me immediately and gave me another storybook. When I asked her if she had told Lisa the story, she shook her head and said, "I don't think girl today should listen to this story." I was confusing. Later, she explained why. In the story, Snow White does nothing to rescue herself. Instead, she depends others' help. My sister doesn't want her daughter to be a person which likes turning to others for help.
