    One of my happiest childhood memories were having dinner with my parents and two sisters. Their presence meant that land is near, which will be vital informations if a boat and her crew are in danger. Some dolphins have even protected sailors which suffer shipwreck from sharks. There is no wonder that these unique and fascinating creatures have long known as our friends. Dolphins are thought to be intelligent animals because of its quick ability to learn. They seem to communicate with each other through a combination of whistles and clicks. While scientists don't know exact what they are talking about, it is thought that dolphins are telling each other that food is nearby, or warning each other for approaching dangerous.

    The Oxford English Dictionary is thinking of adding the Chinese word "tuhao" to its latest edition. The word had become popular in China during the past few months to describe rich people who spend money in wasteful ways. "Tuhao" has been caught on in western countries, either. Similar people are described likewise in his countries. True speaking, the adoption of the word by foreign countries is example of China's spreading influence. Foreigners are paying attention to which is happening in China and are picking up some Chinese words, especially the words which express unique Chinese idea and cannot be easily translated into English. Hopefully, China's influence for the world will continue to be strengthened with an increasing number of Chinese words adopting by foreign dictionaries.

    It was in a hot summer holiday which I visited Qingdao, port city in Shandong Province. My favourite sport is swimming, so I decide to go swimming in the sea one afternoon with my friend, Wang Fei and Li Lei.

    It was the first time that I had swum in the sea, with waves come one after another to the shore and making great noises. Facing the rough sea, I felt a bit worrying and nearly gave up at first. And when I saw many people enjoying myself in the water, my fear was reducing. At last I joined in the swimmers. Now I still remember what wonderful swimming in the sea was.

    This summer, I attended a journalism­themed summer camp, where I learn a lot.

    What impressed me most was the interviews carrying out in the streets. In the beginning, I wasn't used to talk to strangers. But with my teammates encouragement, I was able to communicate smooth with them. Then we were noticed most of the answers we got were brief. After a discussion, my teammates and I realized that was why our questions weren't open­ended enough. So we changed their questions and our interviewees were more willing to share with us their ideas in end.

    From this experience I've gained several skill for interviewing people as a journalist.
