Nishit Sharma takes a heavy bag everywhere he goes. Whether he is traveling around the Kerala coastline or hiking in the mountains, he always carries a laptop and four or five cameras with him. They have helped him turn his adventures into amazing videos, inspiring people everywhere to get out and explore all that India has to offer.

In only two years, Sharma has produced nearly 100 videos for his web page on YouTube. From the thick forests in Meghalaya( a state in northeastern India), to the purple mountains in Tamil Nadu(a state in southeastern India), where he recorded the rare blossoming of the Kurinji flowers,—a phenomenon that happens once every 12 years—Sharma has shown a side if India that many people may never have known existed. Not even himself.

He vividly remembers riding through the south of India on his motorcycle, exploring tree-lined streets in Pondicherry's French district, and being struck by the beauty of the peaceful hill station Munnar.

However, Sharma knows there is no end to his exploration in India. He is so enthusiastic about sharing the lesser-seen side of his homeland, in new and better ways, that he has been known to open his laptop and work even on mountaintops. "And I've never stopped," he says. "The driving force for me is to keep learning."

A. Then there was the motorcycle tour in Kerala.

B. I started producing travel videos two years ago.

C. He might be running out of new places to sit.

D. As a travel writer, these are tools of his trade.

E. Up until now, he has already traveled across India.

F. I'm lucky to have been born and brought up in India.

G. Along the way, he has learned a lot about his homeland.

When someone has deeply hurt you, it can be very difficult to let go of your anger. But forgiveness is possible and it can be surprisingly {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (benefit) to your physical and mental health. So far, research {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(show) that people who forgive can have more energy, better appetite and better sleep. "People who forgive show {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(little) anger and more hopefulness," says Dr. Fre deric Luskin, who wrote the book Forgive for Good. So it can help reduce the tiredness out of the immune system and allow people {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(feel) more energetic."

So when someone has hurt you, cool down first. Take a couple of breaths and think of something {#blank#}5{#/blank#}gives you pleasure: a beautiful scene in nature, or someone you love. Don't wait for an {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (apologize). "Many times the person who hurt you may never think of apologizing," says Dr. Luskin. "They may have wanted to hurt you or they just don't see things in {#blank#}7{#/blank#}same way. So if you wait for people to say sorry, you could be waiting a very long time."

Next keep in mind that forgiveness does not necessarily mean {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(accept) the action of the person who upsets you. Instead, learn to look for the love, beauty and kindness around you. Finally, try to see things from the other person's perspective. You may realize that he {#blank#}9{#/blank#}she was acting out of ignorance. To gain perspective, you may want to write a letter to {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(you) from that person's point of view.

语法填空

I paid a visit {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Cambridge last January. Though the trip took me 5 hours and it rained the whole day with strong winds, the town deserved a visit.

The bus started at 6:10 am. It stopped at 4 stops before we finally arrived, {#blank#}2{#/blank#} wasted more time than we had expected. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(tire) with long time of sitting, one passenger stood up to relax his numb (麻木的) legs. The driver asked him to sit down but in vain. So he pulled up and said {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (serious), "You either get off or sit down." To him, {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (safe) was the first policy.

Cambridge consists of nearly thirty colleges. The {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (old) part of the university was built in the 13th century {#blank#}7{#/blank#} the newest was founded in the mid-1960s. The number of the students {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(be) so great that many students live in lodgings(出租房)and move into college for their final year.

The heart of Cambridge has shops, pubs, and supermarkets, but most of it is university colleges, departments, libraries and other places for university staff and students. Students fill the shops, cafes, banks and churches, {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (make) them as well part of the university.

With over 10,000 undergraduates and postgraduates, the town is a busy place indeed. Students here are not allowed {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (keep) cars. If you happen to be walking in the street during a break, you'd better stop for a moment to avoid the sea of bicycles hurrying in all directions, which carry students from one college or a lecture room to another.
