Do you want to feel happy and know how great you are? Here are five ways to make you feel good about yourself.

    Encourage yourself. Look in the mirror and say to yourself, “I am a special person and there's no one in the world like me. I can do anything.” It may not sound so good, but it really works!

    Help others. Do something nice for someone who always makes you feel good.

    Smile! Be friendly to people you meet. No one can refuse(拒绝) a big smile. Look for the good things in your friends and family.

     Learn something new! New things may be great challenges(挑战), but when you fall in love with them or get some progress, you'll be very happy.

    Stay with your family. We all need our family time. Talk with your mom and dad or maybe even your cousin. This can make you feel warm and give you confidence to get on well with others.

    Many kids like eating hamburgers. (A) But do you know that they are not healthy food? We can't eat them every day. David likes hamburgers very much and he eats them every day. He is not healthy.

    Vegetables, fruit and milk are healthy food for us. For example, broccoli is a good vegetable for us.

    (B) 早饭我们喝牛奶，吃鸡蛋和水果。Meat is nice to eat, but we can't eat too much. We can only eat it for lunch. For supper, vegetables are good for our health. Green vegetables are healthy food for every meal.

    Please eat well every day and we can be healthy.

    Modern life is impossible without traveling.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}With a modern airliner （客机） you can travel in one day to places which it took a month or more to get to a hundred years ago.

    Traveling by train is slower than by air, but it has its advantages . You can see the country you are traveling through. Modern trains have comfortable seats and dining cars.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    There are large liners and river boats. You can visit many other countries and different places. Traveling by sea is a very pleasant way to spend a holiday.

    Many people do not like to stay at home on holidays. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} or do something exciting. So people from the country go to the city and people from the city go to the country for holidays. During the holidays, trains, buses and planes are all very busy. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} . Many people take cars or buses for travelling.

    Last May Day my family went to the country by car for our holidays. There was too much traffic on the road,  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} . It took us about an hour to get out of the town. After some time, we came to a farm. It was clean and beautiful. The animals were very cute, and {#blank#}4{#/blank#} , so we stopped and took the food, fruit and drinks out of the car. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} . Suddenly a strong wind blew and soon it started to rain. We had to run back to our car and had our picnic in the car. Then we drove back home. We had a trip like this. How bad it was.

    Tom and Tim are twins(双胞胎) .They're four years old. It's difficult for people to tell who is Tom and who is Tim. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} The two boys like to jump, draw pictures and play ball games. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. But they don't like to take a shower.

    Today, Tom and Tim come back from outside. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} After twenty minutes, Tom goes out. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}Their mother takes Tim into the bathroom. But the boy doesn't want to go in.

    "No ! No! Mom, I'm Tom. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}" "Shut up(闭嘴) ! I know you are Tim."

    At that time, the boy out of the bathroom(洗澡间) is so happy, because he doesn't need to take a shower today.
