Why do people cry? Scientists say the body produces(产生)tears because it needs them. One kind of tears(眼泪)is for the eye， the other is for the heart. They both work as cleaners. If something else like dust(灰尘)gets into your eye， tears also come into the eye to clean it out. If you are hurt by something，your strong feelings produce some poisonous chemicals(毒素)in your body， and at the same time， tears come out with them. If tears don't help clean out these poisonous chemicals， they will do harm to(伤害)the heart.

    In the United States men have heart problems more often than women do. Doctors say heart problems have something to do with the pressures(压力)of living and working now. Perhaps men have more of these illnesses because they do not cry enough. They need to cry more.

    In fact，you can find many ways of reducing(减少)the pressures to keep fit. Crying is a natural(自然)and physical(生理)one.

    Hello. I am a dog and my name is Happy. My owner (主人) is Nancy. She loves me very much and she likes to dress me up. So I have many nice clothes.

    In the morning, Nancy always gets up early and makes breakfast for me. I usually get up at eight and then enjoy breakfast. I eat quickly so I can take a walk with her in the park after breakfast. At nine, we get back home. She cleans her room and then goes to work. I stay at home and play with my ball. When Nancy doesn't work, she takes me to go out to have a good time.     In America, some teenagers are interested in charity. They are willing to help others. Some teenagers even set up their own charity group. Shreya Papneja is one of them.

    Shreya Papneja is 13 years old. She started a charity group called Children's Health Awareness Program in Schools. Her charity group helps kids make healthy choices and tries to stop childhood obesity(肥胖).

    A doctor once told Papneja that more than one-third of children were overweight. She did a lot of research about it. Then she made a website to teach other children about exercise and healthy eating.

    She does a lot of things for her charity group when she is free. For example, she often organizes different activities at schools around her hometown.

    I know how hard it is to make a change, but I won't give up. At least I've changed a lot. Now I eat more healthy food instead of junk food," she said to a reporter.
