    Last week my parents and I made three-day tour of Hong Kong. On our arrive, we headed straight for the Golden Bauhinia Square. After lunch, we went to Hong Kong Ocean Park, there we were impressed by a good many of interesting ocean creatures. After supper, we admired the fascinated night scenes of Victoria Harbor on a cruise ship. The next day, we visited Hong Kong Disneyland and had much fun participated in many exciting activities. On the three day, we went on a sightseeing tour of the street and purchased some souvenir gift. Although we were exhausted, we found worthwhile to have such a nice tour. Not only did it entertained me, but it also broadened my horizons.

    I went to see the film after supper. On my way to the cinema I met an English woman, that had lost her way. I gave up the chance see the film and take her to her hotel. While go there, I told her about great changes that had taken place here in the past few years and she told me something about her country. Although I missed the film, but I still felt very happily. I had not only helped her out of trouble and practiced my speaking English. If I had not worked hard on English, I would not have been able to help him.

    As it is known to us, fewer and fewer students do sports regularly, what makes them weak and easily tiring. There are many reasons about  this. First of all, some of the students complained that they have too many homework, resulting in less time to take exercise. Beside, some of them think that it is very difficulty  for them to keep doing exercise, because it is a very hard thing. Because lack of physical activities, many students are in poorly health. I suggested that our school must take measures to encourage more students to take part in sports. For us students, no matter what busy we are, it is necessary to spare any time to do exercise.

Mr Li is my head teacher. He is now in his thirty and has been teaching in almost ten years. He has much knowledges and his teaching method is scientific.     About two years ago, I worked hard and entered a locally key school, which my parents were proud of it. From then up, I got up early and got to the school on time. After school, I went back home in time to help my parents do some housework while enjoy some light music. However, one day my mother persuading me to live at school to learn to be independent to prepare the future life. As I was unhappy, I understood my parents and followed their advices. Before living at school, I found it helped me save time and learn what to get on with others.
