    Many people are aiming and praying to be happy. What they do not know is that happiness is a journey and not a destination.  Here are some of the how­to's.

    Be true to yourself.  You can withdraw with a person that cannot satisfy you. You can change a job. You can choose friends. If you think people, things and events in your life don't give you happiness, let them go and think of better ways.

     Think of good things and not the opposite. When you think you have less money in your pocket, don't say "I don't want to be poor". Say I want to be rich or I have more than enough money for everything. You'll notice you'll attract a lot of good things, gifts and good people in your life that could improve your financial aspect.

    Start your day with hopes. By the time you wake up, stretch your muscles with hopes and thoughts of abundance in your brain. You'll get more energy than waking up with bad mood. Always smile. Nobody wants to be depressed people.  You cannot sell your products if you are not marketable enough. Smile makes some people's day. Smile and the world smiles with you.

    Happiness depends on yourself. If you want happiness in your life, you have to prove it in your actions. To receive, feel and be happy is to do happy things to others.

They became angry with their friends. Finally they were too tired to stand up. When they sat down, they fell asleep.

Scientists have found that if people are not allowed to sleep and to dream, they act in an unusual way.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}But we do know that we need it to stay well. So tonight have a goodsleep. Lie down under the covers. Shut your eyes. Let your thoughts wander.Soon you'll stop thinking. You'll be asleep.

Thus, it is your responsibility to figure out exactly what your gift is, and use to better your life and the lives of those around you.

    You can dream about writing the great American play that you want, but it's never going to happen unless you actually put pen to paper. You can dream about finding a cure for cancer, but it will never happen unless you actually go to school to become equipped with the necessary tools to find that cure. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} They require you to get your head out of the clouds, and actually do the work to make them happen. Get to it!

A study found that people who exercised for 15 minutes after doing mental work ate 100 fewer calories than people who did mental work and then remained seated.     It prevents you from losing an idea. Have you ever gotten an idea only to lose it later because you didn't write it down? {#blank#}2{#/blank#} But then I developed the habit of writing down every idea that came into my mind as soon as possible. If I'm away from my computer, I usually write it down on a piece of paper that I bring wherever I go. I will then transfer the idea to the journal in my computer.

    It helps you review all the lessons you've learned. By reviewing your journal, you can quickly see the lessons you've learned and the ideas you've gotten. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}You can use the ideas to propel (鞭策) yourself forward.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#} After keeping a journal for years, you can look back at it and see how far you've gone. Things that were big problems in the past might seem small today. The raw ideas you had in the past might have been realized today.

    It helps you expand your ideas. When you try to come up with a sentence to express an idea, you are thinking actively about it.{#blank#}5{#/blank#} In the end, you will expand your ideas.
