    I hardly remember my grandmother. She used to holding me on her knees and sing old songs. I was only four when she passes away. She is just a distant memory for me now.

He had a deep voice, which set himself apart from others in our small town, he was strong and powerful.     My soccer coach retired in last week．I wanted to do anything special for him at his retirement party．My mum makes the better biscuits in the world，so I decide to ask her for help．Mum taught me some basic step of baking．I insisted on doing most of the baking myself. I thought the biscuits were really well．My only mistake was that I dropped some on the floor after I was packing them up．

    At a party, my coach, with a biscuit in his mouth, asked surprisingly who made them and joked, "I might have to retire again next year just get some more of these biscuits.”

    My favorite picture at the party is of my coach and me enjoy the biscuits with happy laughter!

    Last week, my friends and me went to watch Jay Chou's performance in Guangzhou. There are crowds of cheerful fans there, many of who came from other cities. Jay began his performance with one of his most famous song. We all cheered and shouted out his name, but some even cried with joy. When Jay began to sing the seventh song it called Sunny Day, it started to rain. Therefore, the concert was not interrupted and we got even more exciting in the rain. At last, Jay finished the concert with a speech, thank his fans for always supporting him. What memorable experience!

    My parents run the restaurant in our city.  I help out there after school every time when I am free.  Yesterday afternoon I went there help out as usual.  While I was there, two foreigners from Australia came to have a meal.  Learned that they didn't speak Chinese at all, I went up and greeted them with English.  I recommended some typical dish to them and they had a nicely meal.  After the meal, they expressed their satisfaction with the food but praised me for my English.  It was the first time that I have communicated with foreigners.  My parents felt proud of mine.

    This summer, I attended a journalism-themed summer camp, where I learn a lot.

    I was deeply impressed by the interviews carrying out in the streets. In the beginning, I wasn't used to talk to strangers. But under the help of my teammates, I was able to communicate smooth with them. Then we were noticed most of the answers that we got were brief. Before we discussed the problem, my teammates and I realized that it was because the questions weren't open-ended enough. So we changed their questions and our interviewees were more willing to share with us their ideas in end.

    From this experience, I've gained several skill for interviewing people as a journalist.

    I dream to be a popular teacher in the future because I hope I can bring knowledge and happinesses to children.

    With time go by, my wonderful middle school life is coming to an end. Just when I entered in Sunshine School, I was childish boy who liked playing computer games and fail many subjects in my first midterm exam. I even thought about giving up. It was Ms Zhang which encouraged me to face the difficulties bravely. With the help of my teacher, I overcame difficulties and now always do well in her school subjects. Thanks to Ms Zhang, I have gained a lot both in my study or in my life. I hope I can be as excellently as my teacher.

    Ms Zhang is happy about the fact which I want to become a teacher in the future. Now, I will make full use of every second and make my dream come true.
