The Amber Room {#blank#}1{#/blank#}to the great wonders of the world. It was originally {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(design) for the palace of Frederick Ⅰ. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}took the country's best artists about ten years to finish it. Everyone thought {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(high) of its style and design. Several tons of amber as well as gold and jewels were used to make it, so no wonder it is worth a lot of money. But later, the next King of Prussia decided to give it as a gift to Peter the Great, {#blank#}5{#/blank#} gave Prussia a troop of his best soldiers in {#blank#}6{#/blank#}. Unfortunately, during the Second World War, the Nazi Germany was at war with Russia. In 1941, Germany invaded (入侵)Russia, and the Russians had no time to {#blank#}7{#/blank#}anything from the Amber Room except some furniture and small art objects. When the Nazis saw the Amber Room, there was no {#blank#}8{#/blank#}that they liked it so much that they took it apart and in less than two days 100,000 pieces were put inside twenty-seven wooden boxes. The boxes were then put on a train for Konigsberg. Since then, the whole world has been in {#blank#}9{#/blank#} of the Amber Room. No one knows what {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (happen) to it and whether it still exists now. Maybe it will remain a mystery forever.

    In the United States, there were 222 people {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（report）to be billionaires（亿万富翁）in 2003. The {#blank#}2{#/blank#}（rich）of these is Bill Gates, worth at least $ 41 billion, who made his money{#blank#}3{#/blank#}starting the company Microsoft. But   the youngest billionaire is Albert von Thurn und Taxis of Germany, who, in 2001, inherited（继承）a billion dollars when he {#blank#}10{#/blank#}（turn）18!

    The city of San Francisco is a wonderful vacation destination that offers many {#blank#}1{#/blank#}  (difference) things to see and do. Those experiencing a lively city with a wealth of shopping and dining opportunities {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (be) very happy. Those looking for a city that{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (offer) museums, art galleries, and very interesting historical sites will also be happy if they choose San Francisco. You may even get to enter different facilities that those touring the city from the streets do not. A tour of the city on foot also {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (usual) focuses on a more localized neighbourhood level, which can be very{#blank#}10{#/blank#}  (excite) in a number of different ways.

    Once when Kevin was selling hats under a big tree, the monkeys in the tree picked some hats and put {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (they) on. Kevin took off his own hat and threw it onto the ground. The stupid monkeys also threw their hats! Kevin collected all the hats and left{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (happy).

    Fifty years later, young Tony, grandson of Kevin, also sold hats for a {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (live). After a long walk, Tony was tired, so he put his bag of hats beside him and {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (lie) down under a big tree. He soon fell asleep.

    When he woke up, Tony found that there weren't any hats{#blank#}5{#/blank#} (leave) in his bag! Tony looked up and found some monkeys in the tree wearing his hats.

    Tony then waved, and {#blank#}8{#/blank#} did the monkeys. Tony started dancing, and the monkeys were dancing, too. Tony threw his hat on the ground…

    The way we tell stories has naturally changed since Aristotle defined the rules of tragedy about 2,500 years ago. According to him, the role of storytelling is to imitate life and make us feel emotions. And that's exactly what storytelling as we know it has done very well since then. But there is an aspect of life {#blank#}1{#/blank#} storytelling could never really reproduce. It is the notion of choices.

    Choices are a very important part of our lives. We as individuals {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (define) by the choices we make. As an interactive writer, {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (fascinate) with the idea of recreating this notion of choices in fiction, I have tried to put the audience in the shoes of the main characters. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (explore) a way to achieve this is what I did in the past 20 years of my life.

    So do you have an idea of {#blank#}5{#/blank#} my work is about as an interactive writer? Where a writer needs to deal with time and space, as an interactive writer, I need to deal with time, space and possibilities. I need to think about all the possibilities {#blank#}6{#/blank#} the characters could encounter different people and different things in a given scene and try to imagine everything that {#blank#}7{#/blank#} happen.

    The interactive writer's experience is very unique, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} it is the result of the cooperation between a writer creating this narrative landscape and the player making his own decisions, telling his own story and becoming the cowriter but also the coactor and the codirector of the story. Interactive storytelling is a revolution in the way we tell stories.
