    High school graduates on the Chinese mainland have shown increasing preference for Hong Kong {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(university), with enrollment （入学人数） jumping from 7 students in 1997 to about 4,900 in 2017, according to the data published on Thursday by the EIC Group.
