Many of us spent our childhoods dreaming of becoming astronauts. However, only a few would make it. But does that mean you'll never get the chance to work in space? Not necessarily.

In fact, some of the space jobs are not only for astronauts and they all sound just cool. One of the most interesting space jobs is "chief sniffer(嗅探员)". NASA has already had a sniffer named George Aldrich.

Using your nose at work might sound a little strange, but the job is actually important. A spaceship is of small size and high temperature, which makes smells inside stronger. And once a spaceship is sent, astronauts have no ways to run away from unpleasant smells. More importantly, smelling objects can help find things that could be harmful to astronauts' health.

Another job, the "space tour guide", may seem a little ahead of its time — after all, there aren't any tourists there. But now, many companies are starting to provide space trips and some rich space lovers have ordered the tours. It may not be long before space becomes one of the top travel destinations(目的地).

Being a space tour guide needs rich knowledge to help passengers get the most out of their journey. Space tour guides also need to be excellent storytellers so that passengers can experience the true beauty of the space travel.

Astronauts often spend long time in space with the same group of people, so a "space psychologist (心理学家)" is also needed to help astronauts overcome bad feelings. "We're crossing the boundaries(界限) between science fiction and reality,"s aid Rohit Talwar, director of the US company Fast Future Research, "Things we've seen in movies are now becoming reality!"

阅读下面短文,从文后所给的A、B、C、D、E中,选出恰当的一项还原到文中合适的位置,使文章内容完整且符合逻辑。

At times, some teenagers love their idols (偶像) blindly and try to copy the hair or clothing style of the stars. This reflects their lack of (缺乏) self-confidence. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}The key to standing out is to build your body confidence. That's really necessary for teenagers.

{#blank#}2{#/blank#}It's about accepting and being kind to yourself. Research has shown that feeling good about your body can make you do much better in working and learning. But you don't need to fix on the outside of your body. After all, the look is only a small part. An expert on development of teenagers named Jade said, "{#blank#}3{#/blank#}If you spend much time on the so-called ‘perfect look', you will have less time to do something more meaningful."

To improve body confidence, Jade gives the teenagers some advice.

● Don't talk anything bad about yourself or others.

● Focus on the things you do well in. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}

● People like you for many reasons. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}And always tell yourself you are becoming better.

● Learn more knowledge to make you open-minded and believe in yourself.

A. What is body confidence?

B. Write down the reasons you hear.

C. The cost of achieving "perfect look" is high.

D. They can help to bring out the best in yourself.

E. Actually, everyone can be different from others.

 根据短文内容,选择最佳答案。

①There's nothing quite like falling sound asleep after a full day or work. Like people, animals need to rest after working hard. Some animals sleep in water. Others dig holes under the ground. Some even sleep high in trees or under leaves. But they all find a way to rest.

②Some animals in the sea sleep in strange ways. Fish sleep with their eyes open. They seem to look ahead far into the sea while they rest. Sea otters sometimes sleep in beds of the plants that grow in the sea. This keeps them from moving away. Parrotfish blow something from their mouths when they are ready to sleep. Then a bubble(气泡) will be formed around them. The bubble protects them from harm while they sleep.

③Some animals sleep under the ground. Chipmunks(花栗鼠) sleep curled up in a ball. Their beds are made of grass. In winter, they sleep for two weeks before waking up again. Some desert frogs di g underground holes during the hot, dry season. A frog may stay in its hole for months.

④There are some animals who sleep in the air. Some seabirds can sleep while they fly. These large birds spend most of their lives over the ocean. They are in danger on the water, but they are safe in the air. They glide for many hours without flapping(拍打) their wings.

⑤High above the ground, monkeys find leafy places in trees each evening before they sleep. The tall trees help to keep monkeys safe during the night. Some insects even sleep under the leaf that will be their next meal. A bee may climb down into a flower to rest. When it climbs out the next morning, it is rested and ready for work.
