This year, our school called on us students to make a good use of our time and do some socially practice during the holiday, so I found a job and began to work in a small restaurant. I thought it was easy, and it turned out to be a hard one by a matter of fact. I spend the whole morning washing dish and setting tables. I didn't have lunch until it was two in the afternoon. After lunch, I immediately began to work again, does the same things until 11 pm. It took myself more than ten hours in a day to work there! However, through the hard work, I've come to understand the value of hard work. I've also realized what difficult it is my parents to support the family. Patience is of great importance in our daily life. Once I waited a bus to come at a stop. 30 minutes past, but no bus came. Both upset and annoyed, I decided to walk on feet. But no sooner had I left when the bus arrived. I thought if I had waited for one more minute, I would have caught it. If I chose to take a next bus, I would have to wait for other 30 minutes. All of us need friendship. The understanding
between two friends mean both of them have similar

My friend Kevin had started waking up early and decided that he was going to do it completely natural so he quit drinking coffee. This is similar to everyone who never works out and then decide he is going to run a marathon the next day.

It didn't work out for Kevin. He was miserable after a couple of day and decided to give up woke up early and went back to drinking coffee.

Personally, I had to drink a ton of coffee when I first started waking up early. I've been able to cut them back dramatically but it's what I needed readjust my internal clock early on. Nowadays I really don't need any caffeine (I usually just drink a cup of green tea in the morning) but I want to share a reality of what I have experienced.

It's reported that many people died of traffic accidents each year. Road safety has aroused widely attention of the public. Many rules have made to reduce the traffic crashes, especially for the ones involved in the pedestrians. In my opinions, we should take road safety seriously in our daily life. While used the road, we must walk on the pavement and learn to protect us. Besides, car drivers should obey the traffic rules, that is both good for themselves and others. In the word obeying the traffic rules are what all of us should pay attention to particularly. After all, life is not a small matter.

Have you ever had headache during a test? Have you ever been too concerned about something that you even can't sleep at night? If so, then you know that stress is. Too much stress can result in angry, depression and other related problems, which we need to take them seriously.

However, not all stress was harmful to you. Some kinds of stress can help you getting things done better, like when you are running towards the finishing line or when you are asking to deliver a speech to your class. Stress sometimes can push you to make full preparations for a test.

The best approach of reducing stress is to have a balanced life. If you get enough sleep, eat proper, take more exercise and have enough fun time, you might feel less stressed.
