    As a Senior Three student, it won't take long after I graduate. Now, I have many to share with my fellow students.

    How nice to hear of you! In your letter you asked me how to keep healthy. I would like to give you some advices.

    As we all know, foods like fish, fresh fruit and vegetables is necessary for our body. And you should not eat too many meat. Instead of studying all the time, your should take physical exercise as regular as possible. For example, you can play basketball or swim after the school. What's more, having enough sleep was very important. So I advise you have at least eight hours of sleep every day but not to stay up too late. Only in this way can you keep healthy.

    Today our class went out to do some clean. We gathered at the school gate and started out early on the morning. Some collected the rubbishes in the park. Some cleared the old posters off the walls and another swept the street. We hoped to make our city more beautifully with our own hands.     During the Spring Festival, I watch a sci-fi movie The Wandering Earth with my friends. The movie direct by Guo Fan is very popular in China. It is set in 2075, where the earth is no longer safe to live. Unlike most western movies, the heroes do not give up the earth. Instead, they choose to save the earth by send it to another sol-like system. I was deep impressed by the three generation of a Chinese family. They devote them to the mission. The movie conveys lots of Chinese values, but I think it is quite worth seeing it.
