Are you afraid of failure? However, only by overcoming fear of failure can we achieve success in life. Here are some tips on how to remove fear and focus on success:
Understand that at times you make mistakes. Before any of us learned how to walk, we crawled(爬行). We got up, fell down and got up again. We continued the process until we could walk quite well.
Instead, view it as a stepping stone. Make certain that you learn from failure and then use what you have learned in future situations. Refuse to consider failure a character weakness. Doing so will only prevent you from achieving future success.
Remember that failure has produced many successes. Albert Einstein's teacher told him to quit school and said, “Einstein, you will never achieve anything!” Beethoven's music teacher said he was hopeless to become a composer(作曲家). Henry Ford's first two car companies failed.
Appreciate the benefits of failure. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “All life is an experiment. The more experiments you try, the better you make.” It's hardly possible for someone to achieve success for the first time he tries.
Believe in yourself. Rather than give up when things don't work out, take it as a chance to build perseverance(坚持不懈). Remind yourself how many failures became successful because they wouldn't give up.

C. Realize that you are human and humans make mistakes.

While going through life with the pursuit of money on our mind, we're often told that money can't buy happiness. But what truth is there in the saying? Is there a relation between money and happiness? {#blank#}1{#/blank#}
Humans are very sensitive to change. When we get a rise, we really enjoy it. But some studies have shown that in North America, additional income beyond 75,000 dollars a year stops impacting day-to-day happiness. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}They often end up spending all the money, going into debt, and experience ruined social relationships.
So surely money can't really buy happiness. Well, recent studies suggest that the problem may actually be in the way that we spend money. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}Studies show that people who spend their money on others feel happier. As for the people who spend money on themselves, their happiness is unchanged.
{#blank#}4{#/blank#} One experiment showed that instead of an organization writing a large check to a charity, dividing the amount up among employees, allowing them to contribute to a charity of their choice, increased their job satisfaction. Similarly, individuals that spend money on each other, as opposed to themselves, not only increase job satisfaction, but improve the team performance.
{#blank#}5{#/blank#} Interestingly, the specific way money is spent on others isn't important. Spending something on others is the important aspect of increasing your happiness.

Instead of buying things for yourself, try giving some of it to other people and see how you feel. D. And if so, how can we use it to our advantage? E. Almost everywhere we look in the world, we see that giving money to others is positively related to happiness, F. And while you're saving up for these greatest experiences, don't forget the daily joys in life. G. In fact, people who win a lottery often report becoming extremely unhappy. |

True creativity is the ability to take something existing and create something new from it {#blank#}3{#/blank#}There are a dozen different things you can do with them. Experimenting with materials to create something new can go a long way in helping them develop their Creativity.

Understanding how others feel can be a challenge for kids. We know what is going on inside our own head, but what about others? So how can we help our kids prepare for jobs that don't yet exist? E. Gardening is another great activity for helping kids develop this skill. F. Living to the ripe old age of 90 may depend on your body size—both height and weight—as well as your level of physical activity, and geeing to influence a woman's lifespan more than it does a man's.
The study found women who lived to 90 were, on average, taller and had put on less weight since the age of 20 as compared to women who were shorter and heavier. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} However, men saw more benefit from physical activity than women.
In 1986 researchers asked over 7, 000 Norwegian men and women between age 55 and 69 about their height, current weight, and weight at age 20. Both genders also told researchers about their current physical activities. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} The men and women were then sorted into daily activity quotas: less than 30 minutes, 30 to 60 minutes, and 90 minutes or more.
Men and women in the study fared very differently when it came to the impact of body size and exercise.
Women who weighed less at age 20 and put on less weight as they aged were more likely to live longer than heavier women. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} The study found women who were taller than 5 feet 9 inches were 31%more likely to live into their 90s than women who were less than 5 feet 3 inches.
{#blank#}4{#/blank#} Men who spent 90 minutes a day or more being active were 39%more likely to live to 90 than men who were physically active for less than 30 minutes.
However, women who were physically active for more than 60 minutes a day were only 21%more likely to live to 90 than those who did 30 minutes or less. And unlike men, there was no bonus for increasing activity. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}
