It's a wonderful, warm summer day without a coud in the sky. You're outside, and you can feel the sun's heat on your skin. Do you know what else you are feeling? You're feeling the sun's energy! Without it, the earth would be a cold, dark, lifeless place The sun's radiation(辐射) gives us light and heat energy.

 The Sun's radiation can be harmful to us as well. We can't see it, but ultraviolet(紫外线) radiation comes from the sun along with heat and light. You can not see ultraviolet radiation, but it influences our health. Ultraviolet radiation is what burns our skin.

 Ultraviolet radiation has three parts: ultraviolet radiation A, ultraviolet radialion B, and ultraviolet radialion C. Waves of ultraviolet radiation  A and B may cause harm to our body when we get sunburned. The harm to our body can give us skin cancer(皮肤癌) and cause other health problems.

 You can help to protect yourself from ultraviolet radiation by wearing sunscreen(防晒霜), sunglasses and hats.

 Try to stay out of the sun when it is especially strong .You can find out ultraviolet radiation levels by watching the weather report on television.

George Michael

    Michael was born in London. His father, Tom was a restaurant owner{#blank#}1{#/blank#}When Michael was young, he lived with his parents and his elder sisters, Yioda and Melanie.

    Michael spent his childhood in Kingsbury, London{#blank#}2{#/blank#}While he was in his teens, he moved to Radlett with his family. There, Michael attended Bushey Meads School in Bushey. Time Management

    Do you ever wish you had more time? Everyone gets the same amount of time each day. But here are some ways to use those hours better. As a popular saying says, "Work smarter, not harder."

    The most important way to manage your time is to set priorities（优先权）.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}Also, consider whether or not they are urgent—if they need to be done right away. It can be easy to forget important tasks that aren't urgent, so make time for them.

    Decide ahead of time what you're going to do at certain times each day. Schedule times not only to meet people but also to do things alone. Then you can make sure everything gets done.

    {#blank#}2{#/blank#}Are you smarter in the morning, afternoon or evening? Schedule difficult tasks for times you feel good, saving easy ones for when you're tired.

    Write down what you need to do and when. I keep two to-do lists: one for the present tasks and one for larger projects I'm working on.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} And I don't get discouraged by looking at a long list of items I can't finish. I focus on the shorter list of each day's tasks.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}When someone wants to give you a task, think carefully. Is it really important enough to spend your precious（宝贵的）time on? Could someone else do it instead?

    {#blank#}5{#/blank#}If you're in charge of running a meeting, keep it short. Reading articles or talking to friends online can also use up much of your time. Don't allow it.

    I have a lot of problems recently. Firstly, I'm not happy in class. I'm so shy that I'm afraid of speaking in class. Secondly, I argued with my best friend. I'm very worried because I have few friends. I don't want to lose her. Thirdly, I feel nervous when the midterm exams are coming. And sometimes I even can't sleep well at night.

    Yesterday, my mother took me to the doctor. I told the doctor my problems and he gave me some suggestions. He asked me to make more friendly friends and play games in my free time, so that I will not be so shy. He also said, “If you don't want to lose your best friend, you should talk with her. Tell her what you think. ”Because I can't sleep well, he asked me to eat some food that is good for sleep. And he asked me to relax. I'm trying to follow his advice. I think I will get better soon.
