    My next vacation will be wonderfully for me. I will go to Maryland to visit my friends. I have known her for eleven years since I am in high school.     We took a 20 - kilometer hike last Friday. Early in the morning, we get together and set out on foot. We all carried backpacks with water and food. Upon arrival, we were impressing with the impressive scenery and had a great time. Gradual, we started to sweat a lot. Some of us became out of the breath and some fell behind, but we encouraged each other to keep going. Suddenly one of my classmate fell down. All of us ran up to help her, forget about our own tiredness. We finally managed to walk school. We were such pleased and proud.

    What a unforgettable experience! It's a journey of hard work and challenge, in that we've learned to be more determined and strong-minded.

    It was about 6 o'clock in the afternoon when I was walking along the road, heading home from school. The wind blew so hard that, all of sudden, an advertising board by the roadside was blew down to the ground. Before realizing that had happened, I was knocked down by the fallen board. Mr. Johnson is a hardworking teacher. Every day, he spends too much time with his work. With little sleep and hardly any break, so he works from morning till night. Hard work have made him very ill.     Last Sunday, some of my classmates and I went to the West Lake for fun. I noticed an old dustman collecting rubbish throw about by visitors. He was apparently having great difficulty collect some small items, especially cigarette butts. An idea was occurred to me. Why not help him collect rubbish? Much to their joy, all my classmates agreed and were willing help. So we work hard together with the dustman and collected lots of rubbish. Then we parted but waved farewell to the thankful dustman. Tiredly as I was, I felt really happy. I truly believe we'll have an harmonious society if everybody takes action. How a fine deed!
