    Last Friday, I learned a lesson about telling lies. Early in morning, I didn't want to go to school, but I pretended to feel ill. My mother was very worrying when I told her. I felt a little guilty but I dared not tell the true. That afternoon, my teacher came to visit to me. I felt so regretfully for telling lies. I had wasted anybody's time.     Sandy was one of my best friends at high school. At that time, we often spend time together, sharing happy and sadness as well. With her help, I made great progresses in my study.     I am always telling to work hard to have a good life in the future. Therefore, I do my best to play basketball or study. I want to be basketball player when I will grow up. To realize my dream, I practice playing basketball regular, aiming to make my best shots. Although I'm interesting in watching TV, I manage to finish my homework first. I try my best in all the test, especially in the math test because I find math more difficulty than any other subject. Anyway I will spare no efforts and never give in on my studies and I believe if I am sure to succeed.

    Three years before, when I began my senior high school study, I found extremely difficult to learn English well. There are so many new words and grammar rules to keep in mind. Hard although I might try, I still did poor in the English exams. It was the hardest time in my life and I nearly lost my heart and decided to give in when my mother found my problem. She said that whether I wanted to meet the shinning sun on the other sides of the difficulties, I should first have the courage to overcome them and then enjoy the joy of success. In order to prove myself, I studied very harder than ever. At the end of the term I got the highest mark in English.
