    Today I was in the shopping center with my neighbor, who was there to collect several item for a friend. One of the friend's parents were struck by a serious disease. While staying there, I became aware a young mom with her daughter. She was paying the attention to her as they shopped. I stopped her to offer my appreciation to him for the fact which she was so devoted to her little girl. I went on to say that I feel sad to see moms texting or talking on their cell phones and completely ignore their children. I praised her and told the little girl that she had the good mom in the whole world. The mom smiled, obvious feeling happy at my words.

    Last Friday, we went to Beijing Survival Island to go on an outing, that left us with a deep impression.

    Early in the morning, we gathered the school gate and the school bus takes us there. In the way, we talked and laughed, full of excitement. Upon arrive, we were attracted by various activities and got involved immediate. The monkey bars were really challenging. One of the boys managed to make it with the encouragement of her classmates. I was interested in making cakes. I was being taught to make my first cake on my own! At lunchtime, we sat around, enjoying the delicious food. Everyone had the good time.

    We really enjoyed our stay there. Before we left, we had a photo taken to record the unforgettable days.

    I'm a high school students in China. History is one of my most favorite subjects. My friends always laugh me because they don't understand why I'm such enthusiastic about history.     Today is my grandma's birthday. My parents and I bought a birthday cake and prepared some gift for my grandma, that lives with my uncle in the countryside. We caught the early bus to going there.
