Thank you for agree to look after the house while we're on the holiday. I hope you will enjoy staying here, but there are a little things that I must tell you about. Oh, and don't let the dog sleeping on the sofa —he isn't allowing to. By the way, I bought a beautiful gift to you and I can't wait to send them to you!

    Last week, I took a part in an English speech contest. There are twelve students in the final contest. I was one of the lucky student. Fifteen minutes after my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front all the judges and students, I was extreme nervous. Then I took a deep breath to relax me and started my speech. The result was not good, because I regarded it as a challenge, which process was the most important.

    Having learnt a lot from the contest, I am sure I will do it much well next time.

    Our class organized a environmental protection activity in the park in this morning. When we arrived there, we collected the throwing rubbish, such as waste paper, plastic bag and bottles. We also put up several notices to ask people take care of the plants and trees around us. Besides, we give a speech about the importance of the environment on that we are relying. In my opinion, we should take actively measures to prevent pollution but everyone should make contributions to it. Only by saving the environment can we save us.

    Lily is one of the pupils which are studying in Yangquan Primary School. One day, in her way to school, Lily found the wallet lying on the road. She picked it up and found a lot of money and a calling card in them. She thought the loser must be worried. Without the wallet, she went to a public telephone and called up on the owner. Then she waits at the bus-stop. The owner, an old lady came by taxi in a moment. Lily gave the wallet to her. The owner was very thankful that she took out a 100-yuan notes to reward Lily. But she refused it and went to school. Seeing this, the owner raised her thumb and praised Lily helping her in time again and again.

    Learning Chinese can be a life-changing experience. Oja worked like a saleswoman after graduation. Therefore, the hardship of the position urged herself to acquire a new skill. She chose to learn Chinese in 2016. She made every effort learn the language, even when she was having meals. Eventual, her hard work had paid off. She received a scholarship to study in China for one year, that turned out to be a turning point for her. She earned straight "A"s for all her course. Now she is a first female Mozambican Chinese teacher, did something she has been dreaming of.

    Today we went to the beach. We get up early and after a 2-hour bus ride, we arrived. Lucky for us, there was not many people there yet. The sky was blue but the sun was shining. The water was so clear!

    We all swam in the sea and had good time. I did not dare to swim very far because I was afraid of be carried away by the ocean.

    Before the swim, we lay on the beach. Bill hid both of his leg in the sand, which he thought it was very funny. It was a great day. I'll ever forget it.
