    My sister saw a lovely cup when we were shopping the another day. She began to like it at once. Then she bent down and picked it down to look at the price on them. As she did this, lots of teas splashed (泼洒) on her T-shirt! I had to try hard not to laugh at her shocking face! My sister was about to get out of the shop fast as she could when a shop assistant come over to us. It turned out to being her own cup, which she'd left on the shelf by the mistake.     Great Britain consists of four countries: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. On the 13^th century Wales was linked to England. In 1603, they were joined to Scotland. They were united in peace instead of by war. Furthermore, just as they were going to get Ireland connecting to form United Kingdom, the southern part of Ireland was broke away, so only Northern Ireland joined with England.

    England is the larger of the four countries and for convenience it was divided into three zone: the South of England, the Midlands and the North. Most of the population are settled in the South, and most of the industrial cities is located in the Midlands and the North.

    London is the capital city with the great historical treasures, that has the oldest port built by the Romans in the 1^st century AD, the oldest building begun by the Anglo Saxons in the 1060s and oldest castle constructed by later Norman rulers in 1066.

    I'm a huge book lover but like sharing my love for books! So I've been buying books frequent. Finishing reading one book, I often placed it in or around my school. In that case, some of my schoolmate can help themselves to a book. I especially like placing it on the only stone table in our school garden, in it students may have time to take up a rest.     If asked whether there is anyone I want to apologize to, I will say Pete. He is my best friend at school and he has been my roommates for two years. He is very generous.     On thanksgiving morning I got up early to run in a race. It was just above freezing. So every runner was jumping around trying to stay warmly.

    By the roadside was a man wrapping in a blanket. He was obviously homeless and most people pretended not see him. I went over and talked with him. We talked about all sort of things. It always hurts to see someone going through so a rough time. He didn't ask me for anything, and I wanted to do something for him. I gave him all the cash which I had. At the first he didn't want to accept it but I insisted. Then he said something surprised. He said, "This has been so nice. Thank you. I hadn't really talked to anybody for a long time." It was he who showed me how to smile through the rough times.
