I had a summer camp with my classmates last year.

    Early in the morning. We met at the station. After saying goodbye to our parents, we got on the buses. It took us more than two hours to arrive at the campground. We got off the buses cheerfully. Laughing and shouting. We jumped and ran all over the place. It was the first time for us to be away from the parents .Some of us started to feel homesick(想家). However, when the night party and dances began, the homesickness was gone. The next day, everybody rushed to the boating class, hoping to be at the head of the others. At first, my friends and I worked hard, but the boat wouldn't listen to us and kept going round and round. Then the teacher taught us how to work together. After many tries, we did much better. Swimming class was my favorite. It was about the hottest time of a day and the best time to stay in the cool water. The swimming teacher was a funny man, and during the class he made us laugh happily. During the week I learned a lot of new things and made many new friends. I also learned how to take care of myself.

Aleck was a seven-year-old boy. He lived next door to Tim and Tom. The twin brothers' birthday was coming, so he went to the shopping center to buy some presents for them. He was very happy when he got the presents. He ran through the shopping centre happily. He was so busy thinking about his friends that he did not look where he was going. He ran straight into a young woman who was pushing a baby in the pushchair. Aleck and the woman fell over onto the floor.

The woman was so angry that she could not speak. Aleck hurt his little finger and his hands were dirty. The baby in the pushchair started crying."You silly boy! Why don't you look where you are going? Help me pick up my bags," shouted the woman.

"I'm sorry," cried Aleck."Let me help you."

Aleck and the woman picked up her bags and put them under the pushchair. The baby stopped crying, and as the woman got into the lift, she said,"Be more careful next time."

Li Ming used to be a kid who is not brave enough to express his true thoughts. He always agreed with everything his friends said.

My first work week was very difficult. For example, when a customer asked me about a specific type of chocolate, I had no idea. After the customer left, the manager said to me, "It doesn't matter. No pain, no gain. " The manager's words encouraged me and I tried to learn how to communicate with customers in English. 

Three years ago, I only knew how to introduce myself in English. But right now, I know many different kinds of medicines and other things in English. I will never forget all my experiences in the UK about learning English.
