God has blessed me with a lovely brother. He is 4 years younger than me. I still remember the scene {#blank#}1{#/blank#} he was born . When he was a little baby, he always used to cry for no reason and hardly slept. He never allowed me and my parents {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (sleep) well.

    With time {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (go) by, he became a little older. He used to enjoy {#blank#}4{#/blank#} by snatching(抢) all my toys away from me. As a result ,I was always angry . {#blank#}5{#/blank#} , my parents said that he wasnt {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (blame) as my younger brother and I should make him learn to share things.

    Now, although we still fight over things, we both love each other {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (deep). We share the same school and have the same {#blank#}8{#/blank#} , like doing sports, singing and reading.

    We do a lot of secret things without informing our parents and if {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (catch), we will join hands to deal with the situation. Life is fun when we are together. As we are growing old day by day, we are becoming {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (responsibility) for our duties than before. And we know that no matter where we go in life, we both are always there for each other to face the hardships of life.

    How long have you not written a character?

    Popular TV program National Chinese Characters Contest has brought people's attention back to written Chinese.

    The{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(compete)is the Chinese version of a classic word game American Spelling Bee. Pupils{#blank#}2{#/blank#}usually come from the fifth or sixth grade,{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (divide)into different teams and try to write down every word according to Its pronunciation.

    In less than two hours, the contestants need to solve dozens of questions{#blank#}4{#/blank#}(concern) error- prone(容易出错的) characters. Many students keep up with the show. They refer to{#blank#}5{#/blank#}as “the interesting Chinese lessons on TV”. Teachers and parents are also happy to see that children can learn and have fun at the same time.
