I can wear my shorts and shirt. My shorts are green. I have a new jacket. My old jacket is too small. I want to buy a hat.The hat is very pretty, but it is $60. that’s very expensive.

    It is May Day next Saturday, and it is also my brother Tim's birthday. In the morning, we are going to have a party at home. His friends are going to give presents to him. We are going to play some interesting games. Tim likes riding a bike. Our parents are going to give him a new bike. After lunch, we are going to a zoo. There is an animal show. We all love animals. I think we are going to have a lot of fun on that day.

    Mark is a student. He gets up at 6：20. He runs in the park for an hour. Then he has breakfast at 7：35. Before breakfast, he brushes his teeth and then washes his face. After breakfast, he goes to school at 7：50. Next, he has a math class at 8：00. After class, he often plays sports with his friends. He often does his homework after dinner. In the evening, he reads books and sleeps at 9：00.

    Boris is a shop assistant(店员)at a large bookshop called Book Express．He likes his job very much because he can see a great variety of books．Boris is a true "bookworm"．He enjoys reading all kinds of books：storybooks，news magazines，novels，comics and so on．He knows many good books too．He often helps his customers to find books with his computer．Boris is busy during the lunch hour．There are a lot of people in the bookshop．Many students and office workers rush in to buy their favourite storybooks or magazines．But he is not as busy in the afternoon．Usually he takes a novel from a bookshelf and reads it behind the checkout counter．

Whose Dogs?

    Tom and his Mum walk in a street. They see a big dog and a small dog there.

    "Tom, do you know whose dogs they are?" his Mum asks.

    "Sorry, I don't know."

    "The big dog is the small dog's Mum." says the mother.

    "Oh, I know. The small dog is the big dog's son." answers Tom.

    Today is Sunday. Jill and Tom are in the park. They see some grass under a big tree. It's green and soft. They want to sit under the tree. They put a towel(毛巾) on the grass. They sit on the towel. Jill feels something cold and hard. It's a stone(石头). Tom feels something soft, wet and thin. What is it? Wow, it's a snake(蛇)! They are afraid.
