    Dragon Boat Festival is a funny Chinese holiday. Usually, it's in May or June. Both children and adults like this holiday.

    First, there are dragon boat races. Dragon boats are very long. They are painted in bright colours. In each boat, there are many people rowing. There's also somebody beating a drum.The winner of the races can get a lot of money.

    During Dragon Boat Festival, people also eat a special kind of rice dumplings. To make rice dumplings, people always put some meat, vegetables and other things in it. Then they can make different flavors of dumplings. Some are sweet, and some are salty.They all taste good. People give them to friends.

    On the evening of holiday, families have a big meal together. Dragon Boat Festival is a great time for everybody.

    Mr. Brown lives in a nice house in a small town with his wife（妻子）Mrs. Brown. From Monday to Friday he works in an office near his house. He is free on Saturdays and Sundays. He has a nice garden beside his house. He likes growing flowers and he often works in the garden on Saturdays and Sundays. The flowers are very beautiful and Mrs. Brown likes them very much. She often helps Mr. Brown.
