    Findings suggest that playing with smartphones before sleep {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(be )positively associated  with insomnia(失眠症). Recent {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(study) show that nearly 24 percent of Chinese people suffer from insomnia and {#blank#}3{#/blank#}number of young people affected is rising. Living with so much uncertainty is hard. Human beings long for information about the future in the same way we long for food, water and other primary{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(reward). Our brain sperceive uncertainty as a threat, and they try to protect us by{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(remind) us to focus on creating certainty.
