Bella's father is John. He does many things every day. On Monday evening, he likes staying with his friends. He always plays table tennis. On Wednesday afternoon, he runs with friends in the running club. On Friday morning, he always swims. John likes playing sport because it's good for his health(健康). On Saturday morning, John cleans the house. He goes to the supermarket to buy some food and drinks for Bella on Sunday. 

My uncle Peter is a farmer. He has a small garden. He plants things in spring, autumn and winter. After that he does very little work. He sits in the garden with his small radio（收音机）. And everything grows very well. People ask, "How does Peter grow these wonderful things? He only waters the plants sometimes. He just sits under an orange tree with his radio and listens to music all day."

Jack的村庄

My name is Jack. I'm ten years old and I live in a small village. There's a small park behind my house. I often go there with my dog Bonny. Bonny enjoys going there very much. She loves running and catching a ball.

There is a school in front of my village. There are 6 classes in the school and each class has 20 students. Next to the school, there is a big playground. My friends and I often play basketball on the playground after school.

I enjoy going to the city on Saturdays, too. I always go shopping with my mum. We go to the big supermarket between the sports centre and the library. We buy our food for a week there. After shopping I sometimes go to the library to get a good book to read.
