The sun says, "I can make people take off their jackets. I am stronger than you." The wind says, "No. I am stronger than you. I can blow. I can make people take off their jackets too."

A man goes out for a walk. He asks a tree, "How is the weather today? Is it hot outside?"  "No, it is cold. It is windy," the tree answers. The wind sees the man. He tries to blow the man's jacket off. "It's cold," the man says. No matter (无论) how hard the wind blows, the man holds jacket tightly(紧紧地).

The man goes out for a walk again. He asks the tree, "How is the weather outside? Is it cold?" "No. It is sunny," the tree answers. The sun sees the man. He shines strongly. "Oh. It's hot today," the man says. He takes off his jacket.

健康饮食

Meals are important. We have three meals a day. Every meal is healthy.

This week, for breakfast, we have bread and milk. There are whole grains(粗粮) in bread. We can have health y hearts(心脏) by eating them. Milk is great because it has calcium(钙) and can keep our teeth and bones(骨骼) healthy.

For lunch, we have meat, eggs, rice and fish. Meat, fish and eggs can keep our bodies healthy.They give us energy(精力) for a day. Drinks are j uice and tea. We also have oranges and pears. For dinner, we have noodles, eggs and vegetable salad. Fruits are grapes and strawberries. Fruit and veg-etables are important(重要的) in a healthy diet. They have vitamins(维他命).
