A long time ago, a fox fell into a well (水井) and could not get out. A thirsty goat came to the well. It asked the fox, "Is the water good?" "Yes, come down and try it!" said the fox.

The goat jumped into the well and had some water. "But how can we get out of here?" asked the goat. "I have a good idea. Let me climb on your back. So I can jump out of the well. Then I can help you out," said the fox. "OK," said the goat.

Soon the fox was safe out of the well. He said to the goat happily, "Goodbye!" "Wait! Help me out!" The goat shouted. "No way! Next time, you should think twice before you jump," said the fox.
