Hello, everyone. I would like to share my perience with you. 

Last winter, I had a bad cold. At first, I just felt  and my head hurt, but them perature was normal. Then I had the common medicine for the  for a day, but it don't work. The next day, my temperature was up 38.5 degrees. And I got a severe(剧烈的)) ugh. Then my parents took me to the hospital. 

"Doctor, I have   some common medicine at home. Why don't I feel better?" I asked. 

The doctor asked, "How long have you been key  ?"

"For two days, " I answered. 

The doctor said, "You have a viral(病毒性的) old, so you must have the right  . "

The doctor gave me some medicine, and.  me to have a good rest. Later, I became  again. And I knew the importance taking good care of my body from this experience. 

 then, I have started to find some says to keep fit. I usually do morning  do more sports after school. These ways are useful. hey   make my body stronger. If you want to stay fit, you can also do the above like me.
