 Snow White is a beautiful princess(公主). Her skin(皮肤) is white and she has black hair. Her hair is not very long. Her eyes are big and her face is small. She always(总是) has beautiful dresses and shoes. The seven dwarfs(小矮人) are Snow White's friends. They are short, but they are kind. They can help Snow White. Snow White and the seven dwarfs can dance and sing together. They are very happy.

My name is Mike, I'm from Canada. Now it's time for lunch (中饭). I'm very hungry. I'd like some beef, some chicken, some vegetables and some rice. After lunch, I'd like some orange juice. What a big lunch! I am so full now.

Food is very important（重要的）. It makes us strong and healthy. Our school's lunch menu（菜单）is really great. It's a Rainbow Menu.

Monday is a red day. We have apples, tomatoes and pork. Tuesday is an orange day. We have oranges, carrots and beef. Wednesday is a yellow day. We have bananas, potatoes and chicken. Thursday is a green day. We have cucumbers, green beans and fish. Friday is a purple day. We have grapes, onions and seaweed meat roll（海带肉卷）.

On Saturday and Sunday, I have lunch at home. In my family, my dad likes beef. My mum's favourite food is vegetables. I like vegetables but not carrots. And we all like Chinese noodles. They're so delicious! We don't like junk（垃圾）food. They are not healthy.
