How to Communicate with Our Parents

Communicating with parents is one of the first things we have to do. So what should we do when communicating with them? Here are some of my ideas. 

There are about 5,000 different kinds of ladybugs(瓢虫) in the world. They come in many different colors. Their bright colors warn other animals or insects not to eat them. Ladybugs taste bad. A bird or a frog that eats a ladybug will remember the bright colors and it will not eat another ladybug with the same colors again. When ladybugs are in danger, they will give out a fluid(液体) that tastes terrible.

In many cultures, the ladybug is considered to be a symbol of good luck. Most ladybugs are kind to humans. They eat other insects which des troy crops. One ladybug can eat up to 5,000 insects in its lifetime.

Ladybugs have six short legs. They live in many different places, including green lands, forests, cities, the countryside and along rivers. Different ladybugs have different spots(点). Some of them don't have spots at all. The most common kind in North America is the 7- spotted ladybug. The 7- spotted ladybugs are the most active from spring to autumn. When the weather turns cold, they look for a warm place to sleep, such as under stones or in houses.

 In recent years, Chinese online novels have become popular at home and abroad. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Sixteen works have now found their place on the bookshelves of the British Library. The British Library is one of the world's largest libraries. It chooses books based on their cultural value and their popularity among readers. This is the first time that Chinese online novels have entered the collection of the British Library. The 16 books cover a variety of topics. They're considered as some of the best Chinese online novels from the past 20 years. 

{#blank#}2{#/blank#} His work Great Power, Heavy Industry is among the 16 novels that were added to the British Library. The novel tells the story of how China's manufacturing industry(制造业) has been able to grow so strong since the 1980s. "This may help foreign readers get to know China better, " Qicheng said. 

{#blank#}3{#/blank#}"Many may think that all online novels are fast-food love stories, " one of them said. "It's time for their value to be recognized. Perhaps in a few years, we'll have some foreign fans who have grown up reading Chinese novels. "
