Let's face it—money isn't always easy to come by, especially when you haven't got a job and your parents don't give you an allowance（补助）. And at the weekends, you might want to shop, eat at a restaurant or see a film. That all adds up! But no money doesn't mean no fun! Here's a list of some of our favourite ideas for "free time"!

Go out to libraries, and look at the noticeboards there. You might see a sign for a free concert in the park or a poem reading. Your library or community centre might offer free activities, such as language lessons or film nights. Bring your friends and try something new!

No money for a film night? No problem! Nature puts on an even better show. Find a quiet space outdoors, spread a blanket（毯子）on the ground and look up at the night sky. Use apps to help you find stars and constellations（星座）. Add music to make it more enjoyable.

If you haven't got money to go to a film, just make one! Write a script（剧本）.（This is more fun if several friends join in. ） Find old clothes and household items to use as costumes（服装） and props（道具）. （Ask your mom and dad first, of course.） Practise, and then film it with a phone or tablet（平板）. When the film's ready, host a viewing party!

Get a group of friends together and volunteer. You'll feel great and you'll have a great time doing it. Look for opportunities in your community. Pick up litter, clean up an animal house or visit a home for the old people. Helping out can make others happy, and what's more fun than that?

Do you understand your parents? It is difficult for many teenagers to understand them and deal with the relationships with their parents. But you can make it easier by using the following tips.

There are four good ways to improve your relationship with your parents. The first is respect. It is important to show respect to your parents. You haven't experienced your parents' lives, so you may not know that they are under great pressure(压力) with their work.

Second, there is trust. You should trust your parents as they trust you. If you learn how to trust, your life will be much easier.

Third, there is communication. When you have arguments, you'd better communicate with your parents and show them that you have the right to make your own decisions.

Finally, there is company(陪伴). Just as kids need their parents' company, parents also need company. Have you tried to comfort ( 安 慰 ) your parents when they felt down? Company is a good way to drive away the black clouds hanging over your family.

Your parents give all their love to you. Why not try your best to care about them effectively (有效地)?

When you study, the first thing to consider is whether you understand the information, and the second is how you will remember it. Some of you perhaps think you know all about that, right? After all (毕竟), you've been studying for years. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} The advice is for all of you.

First of all, have a plan. You can make a plan for a week or for a longer time. If you're studying for an important exam, you should make a long-term plan.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}If it doesn't, change your plan in time.

Next, think about your environment. Make sure the place for studying is comfortable with enough light and fresh air, not too hot or too cold. If you think you do it better with music, you can put some music on and see if it's true.{#blank#}3{#/blank#}But for other people, it can make it harder to concentrate (集中注意力).

Third, take breaks while studying. You can plan your study time in periods (时间段) with breaks in between. Some experts advise you to take a 10-minute break after 30 minutes of studying.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}During your short break, you can treat yourself to something like green tea, but I wouldn't suggest chocolate because sugar can make it harder to concentrate.

Finally, think about what you do when you're studying.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}If that works for you, then great! However, I suggest writing notes while studying because it helps your mind process the information better!
