①Hello! My name is Emma and I'm eleven years old. I have a brother, Josh, who's just five. I live with my family on a farm in the southwest of England. I was born in London, but my parents moved to Devon when I was two. My brother was born here, in Northam. My father runs the farm and my mother is a vet (兽医). We have lots of animals on our farm like ducks, chickens, pigs, sheep, cows and horses.

②I love living in the country. I don't mind getting up early every day. I'm old enough to help my parents with the work on the farm. I love feeding ducks and chickens. It's not difficult at all. It takes me about a quarter of an hour to give them fodder every morning, but first I have breakfast myself. Sometimes I also help my dad milk the cows, especially on weekends.

③My brother and I go to a local primary school (小学). My mother always drives us to school and picks us up when lessons are over, at 3 o'clock.

④On Wednesdays, I have a karate (空手道) class so I go back home by bus. When I come back, I do my homework first and then help my parents with the animals or in the garden. We usually have dinner at six o'clock. After dinner, I often play computer games or watch TV. Before I go to bed, I always read for a while but not too long because I have to get up early the next day.

Xie Fei grew up in America and now he lives in Hainan, China. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

Xie loves collecting (收集) sports things. He started collecting things from NBA stars in high' school in California. And in his college (大学) years in Beijing, he started collecting Chinese sports things. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}"At that time, I had many sports collections, and I wanted to show them at the hotel, " said Xie. To his surprise, visitors liked seeing them, so he decided to build a museum. 

{#blank#}3{#/blank#} He then had things like sports shirts from China's women's volleyball team and the torch (火炬) of the Beijing 2008 Olympics. "These collections are important in teaching people about the history of sports in China," said Xie. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}But he still kept them in his museum for everyone to see for free. 

These years, Xie often takes his collections to schools to teach children about the history of sports in China. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

"Museums are a good place for people to learn," said Xie. "I hope young students will learn from these sports collections and the stories behind them in my museum."

This summer my family went on a trip to Stockholm. 

We took a train there. When we arrived in Stockholm, we {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(take) a bus to the hotel. We saw trees and flowers everywhere along the way. We felt like we were in a big forest.{#blank#}2{#/blank#} a lovely city!

The next day we visited the Vasa Museum. It's home to {#blank#}3{#/blank#} old ship— the Vasa. Nobody was {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(excited) than my son, because visiting museums is his favourite. There were many visitors in front of the museum. We waited {#blank#}5{#/blank#} a long time and felt a little tired. But {#blank#}6{#/blank#} we went into the museum, we were all surprised. The ship looked very cool and beautiful. 

The third day we went to a park in Stockholm. My son played with some{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (child) there. I talked with {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (they) parents. My husband watched a chess game. I thought it was the best way {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (feel) Stockholm!

It was a really {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (relax) trip. We all had a good time.
