I went on a trip many years ago. It {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(be) a long trip over the sea from Somalia to Malaysia. I still remember it {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(good).

I was{#blank#}3{#/blank#} 8-year-old girl. My family and I got on a small boat. I didn't know{#blank#}4{#/blank#} I was going. I only heard my parents say, "We just leave Africa; that's enough."

My dad {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(drive) the boat on the sea. I was ill and I was in my mother's arms. After my mother woke me up, she {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(point) to the ocean. There I saw the sea and the sky all around my boat. There were lots {#blank#}7{#/blank#} big dolphins swimming together. They swam around our boat and played. I felt very {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(excite).

After several days, my family {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(get) to Malaysia, and then we flew to the United States, My father and mother told me this was a very {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(danger) trip, but for me it was the most wonderful trip of my life. I'll never forget it.

Wang Fang, a woman from Suzhou, puts her whole heart into Kunqu Opera. She started to learn the traditional art form from a young age. 

Born with a sweet voice, Wang loved to sing and dance and the Suzhou Kunqu Opera Troupe (剧团) (SKOT) chose her when she was in middle school. However, her parents refused the troupe's invitation, saying that her studies were more important. After members of the troupe visited the parents again and again, Wang's parents finally agreed. 

Learning the traditional art form was never easy. She started to learn how to pronounce and sing words, and how to make proper movements (动作) . She got wet through when practicing movements in summer, while in winter she often had chilblains (冻疮) on her hands. "No matter how difficult, I always got up early the next morning to practice," Wang says. 

Wang says she did not love Kunqu at first, but in her early 20s, when she watched the show by Zhang Jiqing, a master (大师) of the art form, it clicked. "Her every movement was full of beauty. Each of her words and songs was perfect. I was touched by the beauty of Kunqu for the first time, and I decided to stay with it all my life." says Wang. 

Wang once said in a talk, "First you must be a dreamer, then a doer, and only then can you be a master. I believe it - it should be this way and that I am this way," Now, Wang is a master of Kunqu. People of different ages love her shows and she helps the art form become more popular with young people.

Last year, 61 companies in the UK took part in the world's largest test of a four-day work week. The results were so positive that 92% of the companies were planning to keep the new schedule. worried that they would get less work for their money, or that it could cause other problems. But the results of last year's experiment suggested the move might be good for both businesses and workers.

Last June, 61 UK companies agreed to try giving their workers a four-day work week. In return, they asked their workers to try to do as much in four days as they usually did in five days.

Many different kinds of businesses took part, including online stores, computer technology companies, advertising companies, and even a fish restaurant. Some companies were small, while others had around 1,000 workers

The companies found different ways of giving workers one more day off. Most companies simply gave workers Fridays off., Others chose Mondays, or had different workers take different days off. The experiment ran for six months, and turned out to be good for most businesses.

The number of days when workers were out sick dropped by 65%. On average,57% fewer people quit their jobs during the four-day work week trial. What's more, the companies made more money--about 1.4% on average.

How did workers do more in less time? Some companies cut meetings, or made sure they were shorter.0thers used technology to help workers get more work done quickly. Some companies created a "focus tie" so workers could work on just one thing without being disturbed.

In general, workers said the four-day work week made them feel less tired. About 71% said they felt less "burnt out‘' with their new work hours, and 39% said they felt less stressed. Most of the workers were more satisfied with the time they spent working.

The Sports Day isn't just about winning, it's about coming together, supporting each other, and enjoying the spirit of sportsmanship.
