The Voice of America, which first went on the air in 1942, is a multimedia（多媒体的）international broadcasting service funded(资助) by the U. S. Government. VOA broadcasts about 1, 500 hours of news, information, educational, and cultural programs every week to a worldwide audience of 134 million people.

Yang Hongwei born in 1966.is a keeper of the Weifang kite-making skill.Born into a kite-making family.Yang often saw kites with bright colours and different shapes in her grandfather's workshop.

Yang learned the skill from her grandfather at the age of 16.After practising the skill for 10 years,she started her own shop in 1992

"Many places around the world have a tradition of flying kites."Yang said."But I think the cultural background behind our kites is unique."

On Yang's kites, people can see not only common designs like butterflies and birds,but also some prints telling Chinese history.For example.she once made a kite showing a phoenix(凤凰)that was lined with portraits(肖像)of 50 famous women from Chinese history on each side.

Yang said that each woman is different in look,clothes and make-up style.To create their portraits,she made lots of effort to check historical records and talk about details with experts.

"It took me a lot of time,"Yang said,"but when I explain the stories of the kites to foreign people,I feel a great sense of achievement."

In her free time,she travels to different countries including Germany,Australia,the United States and New Zealand to tell people stories of Chinese kites and the traditional ways they are made."It is an important job of mine to spread our heritage(遗产)around the world and onto our children,"she said.

I am a dance teacher. I can feel strongly how important talent and hard work are for students. 

In fact，not everyone1 dancing when they came to this world. For example，some my students just spend two or three months dancing well. But other students need to learn2 . Many of my students learn dancing3 because they are talented. But talent does always bring a good4 . Even though dancing seems easy to a student，he or she sometimes finds it5 and gives up. And talented students sometimes find other things more interesting so they give up，too. 

However，some of my students are not talented. So I teach them again and again，and they6 very hard. But it just does not work for these students and they still can't dance7 . In my opinion，you don't need to do everything well. If you really don't have any talent8 something the best way is to give up. Then you can9 what you're truly interested in，and put all your heart into it.
