Mr Brown saw a sweaterin a shop. It was very cheap, so he bought it. When he got home, he put it on. Itwas all right and he was pleased with it.

In the afternoon, hewent to work in his garden. It soon began to rain and Mr Brown had to run into thehouse. He ran quickly, but he still got wet. Then his sweater started toshrink(收缩). It got smaller and smaller.Mr Brown tried to take it of but he couldn't.

In the end with thehelp of his wife, he got out of the sweater. Mrs Brown laughed, "You see, youbought a cheap thing, But…"

One day, a successful businessman was getting ready to go to his office in the morning. When he opened the door of his car, a stray dog(流浪狗) sleeping under his car suddenly came out and bit his leg! He was angry and threw a rock at the dog, but he was not able to hit it. 

Upon reaching his office, the businessman called a meeting of his managers. During the meeting, he took out his anger on his managers. His managers were upset about this, and took out their own anger on the employees(员工) working under them. Gradually, the businessman's anger spread through the whole company. '

The businessman was still angry after returning home. His wife opened the door. She asked him, "Why are you so late today?" The man shouted at his wife, "I didn't go to the office to play soccer, I went to work. So don't ask me such stupid questions!" His wife was upset about being shouted at for no reason. She turned her anger on their son, who was watching TV. "This is all you do. You have no interest in studying! Turn off the TV now!" She yelled. 

The son became upset as well. He walked out of his house and saw a dog passing by. He picked up a rock and threw it at the dog angrily. The dog ran away, barking in pain. 

Sometimes, when we are angry about something, we might take out our anger on others who are not to blame for our mood. This is not fair to others. We should learn to control our anger. 

You're in summer heat now, but in Australia some animals are feeling cold in winter and trying to get warm by bathing in the sun. A crocodile(鳄鱼) on the Ross River in Australia is just doing this with a turtle(乌龟) on his back. 

It seems the turtle is a friend of the crocodile. But in fact, the truth is that the crocodile feels    so cold that he gets out of the water, trying to get warm by bathing in the sun instead of wanting to eat other animals. 

Kana Wiblen, who lives in Townsville, Australia, found the 2-meter-long crocodile, known as Ross the Croe, with a turtle friend on his back. 

"We were just looking for some turtles when some other people in the area said that there was a crocodile nearby, so we went to have a look, " Mr Wiblen said. "When we found him, he had a turtle on his back, so I quickly took a photo before the turtle jumped off his back and went back in the water. "

"About five minutes after the turtle jumped in the water, we were about to leave when he came back up again, and with another turtle! They both sat next to each other on the back of the crocodile. I don't know why the turtle chose to ride on the back of a crocodile, but I'm sure that he was not afraid at all. Brave turtles, I must say, " he added.

My favourite animal is chameleons(变色龙). I like them because they can change colours. Chameleons change colours when they're not happy or see something {#blank#}1{#/blank#}, or when they're too cold or too hot. Chameleons have a very long tongue(舌头), so they can use it {#blank#}2{#/blank#} their food easily. I think they're amazing animals!

Also, I {#blank#}3{#/blank#} love elephants. I love their big ears and long trunks. Elephants can pick up {#blank#}4{#/blank#} and put it in their mouths with their trunks. But they are in great danger now. People cut down many trees, so they {#blank#}5{#/blank#} their homes now. Everyone must try their best to save and help them. 

Yesterday I was at home. I {#blank#}1{#/blank#}video games in my room when I heard people screaming. I went out and saw my {#blank#}2{#/blank#}house on fire! The firefighters arrived in {#blank#}3{#/blank#}10 minutes. They fought against the fire for one hour until they made it. One of them even rushed into the house{#blank#}4{#/blank#} the dog out of the fire. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}brave they are!
