【跨文化:中英茶文化】Both Chinese and British people(英国人) like drinking tea. But  they are different.

In China, people like drinking Chinese Kung Fu tea. Chinese Kung Fu tea is a way of      making tea. It started in Fujian. And it is now popular(流行的) in Guangdong, too.The tea-making process is very strict. People need to wash the teapot(茶壶) and cups first.Then, put the hot water into the teapot with tea leaves, make the tea leaves wait for a while,and then pour(倒) the tea into cups.

In the UK, people like drinking tea in the afternoon. Today, many hotels and tea rooms in  the UK have afternoon tea. People like putting milk and sugar in their tea. They also like eating    sandwiches and cakes when drinking tea.

I'm from Tianshui, Gansu. Tianshui is a very beautiful city. And many people in China love our delicious food these days.

I think many Chinese people's favourite food is the Spicy Hot Pot(麻辣烫). In Tianshui, people can enjoy Spicy Hot Pot by choosing some vegetables, meats (肉类) and rice noodles. The cook then puts them into a pot.     ▲        They are hand-rolled noodles (手萎粉) ,wide noodles (宽粉) and potato noodles.

Tianshui Spicy Hot Pot is famous for its taste and fresh food. If you don't know where to go, Tianshui may be a good choice.

We should(应该) have a healthy diet(健康饮食).We can drink lots of{#blank#}1{#/blank#}and eat lots of noodles and{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. We should eat more{#blank#}3{#/blank#}and vegetables. We can't eat too many{#blank#}4{#/blank#}or drink too much{#blank#}5{#/blank#}. Sweet food is yummy. But it isn't healthy. So we should eat less{#blank#}6{#/blank#}.
